Visited here 8/14/21. Not a busy day, as there was only one other car in line. Ordered two of the Ch'King Deluxe (#9 combo), and asked for pickles to be added. Had to ask TWICE. Got our sandwiches... which had ONLY pickles on them. As this has happened before, we got fed up and decided to go back and have them made correctly. We pulled directly to the window (no other cars in line this time), and politely explained the situation (to Green Hair again). We were given a fair amount of attitude, as if it was an inconvenience to make our food correctly. Green Hair left the window for a minute, then returned to ASK FOR THE SANDWICHES BACK! We complied, and from our vehicle we COULD CLEARLY SEE that they simply dumped those sandwiches IN THE TRASH. Now, couldn't they have simply let us KEEP THOSE, in exchange for our inconvenience?!?!?! Next, a single vehicle pulled into the drive thru and, back at the menu board, began to place an order. Green Hair (again with the attitude) came to the window and asked us to PULL OVER AND PARK. For TWO SANDWICHES? What, were they deciding whether or not they wanted to leave a hair or some spit in those sandwiches, while we waited??????? Several minutes later, Green Hair brought the sandwiches out, shoved the bag at us, offered no apology, and again spoke to us as if we had interrupted her granny's funeral or something. We really should have asked to speak to a manager. Seriously, we understand businesses like this struggling for staffing at this time. And it might have been more understandable --- the entire situation, attitude included --- if they had been super busy. But it was absolutely dead today. It was a lack of attention to detail, and probably a lack of pride in their work, or even caring about a customer. Very sad. Get control of your employees, BK! (PS... Read moreI ordered 2 your way meals with bacon cheeseburgers. The young man behind the counter handed me my order and walked away. There were items missing So I assumed he was going back to get them. He never said a word or looked back. I started to walk away, but then decided no, i'm going to get this order fixed. I stood at the counter for a minute being completely ignored. I finally started waving my arms and saying, hello. At this point, someone from the back said, sir, you're going to have to wait We have other customers ahead of you.. I replied my order is completely wrong. Then the manager sticks her head around the corner and says, have a nice day. I should have had 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 chicken nuggets, and 2 fries. Instead I received three whopper juniors, 2 drinks and nothing else. After returning home, my wife tried calling up there to resolve the issue. The manager said they were busy and I would have to get back in line and wait behind the other customers. At the time, the dining room was completely empty.Which is typical for this location. And I only saw 3 cars in the drive thru. So I don't feel being busy, was the issue. I also don't feel I should have to wait in line again because they had the order completely wrong. Poor training and lack of management concern seems to be an ongoing problem at this location. I understand mistakes can be made And human error can be a factor. Read moreSmall Burger King with only two doors to the entrance. I ordered a Whopper and Crispy Chicken Sandwich 2 for 6.00 both sandwiches were made fresh and tasted delicious. The large onion rings I ordered were not as tasty and seemed to have been sitting there for a while. There was only one size of milkshake which I ordered a strawberry with no whip cream. Shake was very good but small. The sweet tea here also left a lot to be desired. The cashier Rochelle was very polite and professional. I was 51 cents short and she took it out of her own pocket. Bathroom was very clean and stocked. Restaurant cleanliness was just above average. I went at 1230 pm and they were extremely busy but really didn't have to wait...
