99 Craft Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

I decided to give this place a try since it's close by. I've been here twice. The first time I got a large California with half valley deluxe and half garlic chicken. It was slightly burnt around some parts, but it was an ok pizza. Not worth $30 and it's smaller than most other pizza place's large, but it was alright. Don't bother getting the side ranch because it's extremely watery and low quality. They charge $1 for it which is crazy. If you need ranch with your pizza, just get it from Wingstop down the street.

The second time I got a large Detroit half valley half garlic chicken. The valley half was extremely salty. The salt was all I could taste. The garlic chicken was edible, but even that was saltier than last time. After having spent over $60 at this place for two large pizzas that I didn't really care for, I won't be coming back. Craft's pizza is insanely good, and it physically hurts me to give them a 3 star rating. If you come here for a pizza to go, please double check your pizza before leaving.

The problem with Craft is the quality control. Half the time my pizza comes with almost no sauce, and the last 3 times I've gone, they forgot to put some toppings on the pizza. Today, my pizza only had 4 toppings: garlic, honey, pepperoni, and basil. They forgot the basil and it just had 5 clumps of garlic thrown on it rather than spread out on it. Like seriously come on guys. If I wanted a coin flip on getting what I ordered, I would go to Me N Ed's.

First time I experienced pizza from here I was blown away! It was super tasty, made well and was what I was hoping for when it comes to wanting something different then the usual pizza spots we have here. The cheese was the perfect amount of salty and the sauce is juicy and thick! Friendly staff and they get super busy! I have been 2 time recently and both times were disappointing. Dry pizzas, toppings are scarce and the add ons or extras that you pay for seem barely sprinkled on. Tonight I tried a California pizza in hopes it would be back to the first type experience but unfortunately it was a let down. I ordered this with extra sauce and flat pepperonis.
