The worst experience ever!! I celebrated my birthday every year at aldos and this year was the worst experience ever!!. I purchased a VIP which is $300, they promised me the banda singing happy birthday to me which they didnt and I wanted 30 mins for the banda to play at my VIP which the owner offered to pay 100 bucks and us 200 bucks to play 30 mins of music that we requested. And when we came up with the money and we told 3 different waiters that we wanted the band to come to our vip they immediately denied us and asked for $400. This was so unprofessional and ruined what was suppose to be the best night of my year. Tried to go on a Saturday after we got a VIP table to find out they had rented out the table to another party! After we asked one of the girls she said she couldn’t really do anything so of course they had already taken our money so we asked for a other table or for our money back and they said they had no refunds to talk to the owner tomorrow because he was supposedly really busy . Which he didn’t appear to be because right after we saw him just walking around smiling like if he is isn’t taking peoples money ! It had really good dj music but they definitely over crowd the place that you can’t even dance comfortably. Banda sucked, they didn’t play much music and only played for 30 minutes and would take breaks and a lot of repeated songs. The dj was rude he kept giving birthday shout outs and when We approached him and asked him for a shout out he said no.
