We only go out once a month to eat and last night was the night and we decided we wanted burritos my husband and his friend ordered two Machaca burritos with avocado and I ordered a California. While the California was ok the Machaca were not good they smelled wrong when they unwrapped the burrito and when they tasted their burritos they both said that something was not right. For starters they ordered them with avocado and there were no avocados on either burrito. Furthermore, these burritos do not have beans and these both had beans on them and the tortillas looked as if they had been reheated in a microwave as they were soaking wet and slimy like they had been sitting for awhile. We went right back and both my husband and his friend were very polite and respectful and they even apologized for complaining about the burritos and asked if they could have the burritos remade or a different burrito as replacements. The lady that first assisted them was rude and when she was rude and my husband was still being polite and then another lady came over and was even ruder telling them there was nothing wrong with the burritos and both of the guys said yes there is the tomatoes or something but something is wrong and even apologized again. Then the second woman said she would return the money and did not even offer to replace the burritos. Which is fine except that the burritos cost 12.99 for each one and the avocado for which we were charged for and never received was 3.99 for each and she only returned 23.00 dollars and basically threw the money at him from the drive through window and while we have always had great service and reasonable prices and great food after last night we will never eat at this place again or recommend it to anyone. When you only eat out once a month and when something like this happens it ruins the rest of the night...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGirl. Thereās so many things wrong here. Bad service, bad food. Might as well just throw your money directly in the trash can because thatās where youāll be throwing half of your food.
For some reason, the food looks so appetizing when you first get it. Then after 3 or 4 bites you realize you just wasted money for bad, overpriced food.
First of all, I went through the drive through and asked if asada fries were available, then the person on the headset rushed me and asked what drink I wanted. Pressured, I quickly said āhorchataā and they didnāt even tell me how much it would be or what even comes on the fries, just āOkay next window.ā I waited for only 3 minutes or so and when I got home (I live down the street) my food was already soggy.
I donāt know WHO in the world told the cooks itās okay to put cold items UNDER hot items because girl absolutely not! You donāt put sour cream under the cheese!
My fries were completely wet, falling apart, not crisp at all. Barely any cheese at all. Asada itself had no flavor.
If you go here, just get the horchata and the sauces. You can get better food...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm sorry, but I just don't find it in me, to give this restaurant anymore then one star. Their Pico de Gallo, has more onion then anything, hardly no tomatoes, and no salt, garlic, pepper, or jalapenos, very disappointing, for a pico de gallo lover. There beans where white and had the texture like pudding, the rice was dual, and tasteless, needing perhaps, some seasoning. They pile so much on a small taco, it falls apart before you can even get a bite, and I was very disappointed when I ordered, what I thought was a three layer carrot cake, according to the picture on display, and it turns out that it was only one layer, and I payed enough to buy two pieces of carrot cake, from save Mart, in wich would of been bigger pieces too. The price I payed for it all, I would of been better off to spare money and go to taco bell,. And to top it all off the bathroom was Disgusting, I lost my appetite anyway. So giving this restaurant even one star, I'd say is cutting them a brake, not to mention it's always a long weight...
