Arsenio's — Restaurant in Fresno

My daughter and I visited Arsenio’s located on Shields and Brawley tonight and our order was 28.63. My daughter ordered a super burrito with only asada cheese and rice which we repeated twice and the worker repeated back on the intercom as well as the window. When we arrived home burrito was full of sour cream So I called back and explain to the young lady who answered the phone. Who by the way was very adamant to quickly speak about no refund, But would remake only if you bring back the original order. The customer service is awful there because that is not how you handle things when it comes to your customers. Being in the customer service business for over 25 years, I would have immediately apologized for the inconvenience Instead of trying to justify How the orders were takien, When clearly I didn’t ask for that. She then went on to recite my order and why it cost so much, When that was not the case at all. She was very unprofessional and whoever trained her need to be retrained in sales and teach them how to properly handle a situation like this instead of immediately ranting about no refunds and having to bring the product back for remake. Aresenios is more like the u got the munchies or are craving Mexican food late at night" type of place. It's good but along with that it comes with the price of high fat high carbohydrate high sugar content (the drinks) so it really is decadent but in all the wrong things. And it's just good, not excellent or fresh or explosion of flavors that will keep u coming back for more, or it may, but more like u indulged and will feel guilty the following day. The wait was long this particular day and they got the order wrong. So I don't know if it was because they were busy or that seems to happen but that day it did happen to us so not such a good experience. But like I said, hard to find something healthy but will satisfy ur craving for Mexican food. Oh the carne asada is not asada it's more like vaporized, or cooked...

I give this place zero stars! No sense of customer service. Over priced. I bought 6 tacos, 1 burrito kids meal, and the super burrito that used to be 9.99 now 13.99 and the total was 45 dollars. Ordered chicken for the super burrito and got home it was asada and not much asada at that. Took it back and barely got a "sorry about that" like i was the one who made the burrito wrong. Took the "chicken burrito" home to find out it was full of refried beans and all kinds of funky ass vegetables and some bizarre yellow suace with a few pieces of chicken in a burrito measuring over a foot long.
