Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Fresno

Best coffee in town by far. I was always a Starbucks die-hard, however after my lips touched my first Dutch Bros. coffee, everything changed. I will only go to Starbucks in a pinch now. I've literally been driving from Sanger every morning after I take my wife to work to get my morning DB fix. The only reason I'm giving this location 4 out of 5 stars is due to the enormous drive thru wait times (sometimes upwards of 30-45 minutes,20 minimum),the inconsistent pricing on drinks which very day to day(I'll order my usual 2 drinks on Monday and it comes out to $9.75, Tuesday $12.75, and then out of nowhere $17.95 etc.),and last but not least, I really enjoy the atmosphere how very easy going everyone is, however there have been times where it goes to far, and while I wait in line, I'll see staff members BS'ing with people they know while there are 10 cars waiting to place there order. You can very easily still have a very laid back atmosphere, but at the end of the day some professionalism still needs to be shown. Hopefully they'll get these things ironed out. I'm a strong supporter of DB....

I’m a big fan of Dutch but when you want to play smart, this is what happens. Me and this red truck both pull up to the drive thru at 10:55pm on 11/30. (5min before closing) I want to say we made it before closing but there was just a line and nobody was taking orders outside. When it was the red truck turn at the window which was already at 11:10pm, he just stop and drove away. When I saw that, I knew the workers were not going to take my order. When I got to the window, one of the worker (a man) was saying that he was not going to take my order because they are close at 11pm and he “clearly” saw me pulled up right at 11pm. I even told him that I did not pull up at 11pm, I have a camera that “clearly” show me waiting in line before 11pm. But he insisted that it’s past 11pm and they are close and would not take my order. If you are close at 11pm and you knew you were not going to take my order AND the red truck order, I’m not sure why you guys would make us wait 10min after your closing time to just tell us you guys were not going to take our order!!!...

Went to this place at 5am right when they opened because I wanted to see if it was good and it was. The girl at the window was very nice and knew a lot about her coffee and she loves dogs cause the car in front had one and she couldn't stop putting it lol.

So the review. She was patient with me since there was no visible menu and she took her time and with her suggestion I got a pumpkin spice coffee cause I wanted something not to bitter and sweet for my friend. I got the caramelizer with extra caramel because my friend said it was her favorite drink and it tastes amazing. I work at a Starbucks and this tastes the same but somehow tastes better which is weird. I 100% will go there again and try out their cereal drinks to see how those are haha, although for this one to get inside go through shell parking lot and follow the right side of dutch bros since the left is the wrong way. Found that out the hard way haha, can't wait to go...
