Boston House of Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

We have ordered from this restaurant many times and recommended to friends. Never again!! During a recent illness my son ordered and paid for a $30 Pizza here online. When my husband went to pick up, they gave him the wrong order, 2 pizzas. My husband said it was only one, ordered for sue or John. They chgd him $35 and told him they gave his order to someone else. So after attempting to explain my husband gave up and came home. I called this morning to speak with the manager, that we got chgd a two times, and didn’t get the correct order. $65 for an order we never wanted. He told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. He claimed he made a combo for us, but in fact made it for the man who got our pizza. I wanted him to return the money to my son and understand the mistake made, he said he was hanging up. Done! I am so disappointed that he wouldn’t listen to me as a customer, that he was rude and didn’t want to make it right. I will never go back or recommend again. Unless he returns the double pymt we made he doesn’t value his patrons or honor his commitments to get what you pay for. To speak to a customer the way he did is lousy...

This review is for my purchase I just made, 12/27/23 at about 9:30 pm. Me and my lady ordered 1 small pineapple and ham pizza, 1 small Boston special, and 1 large order of cheese bread sticks (it was just cheese on bread). For some reason, everything tasted different as in, it wasn't that great like when we ordered 2-3 weeks ago. The crust was not crunchy, soft, with no flavor. The pineapple pizza was salter with no flavor, and same goes with the other one. When we ordered a few weeks ago, we ordered 1 small Boston special, 1 small chicken special that had pineapple (I asked about the same one, but apparently they don't have it no more which was shocking because they said the only pizza they have with pineapple is what we got), and 1 order of cheese sticks. The cheese sticks before had flavor, green seasoning (maybe parsley, idk), and the crust on the pizza tasted wonderful, crunchy and soft at the same time, and both pizza was just tasteful. We really enjoyed it the last time, but def. not this time. I wish that we had the same...

Today I got some yummy pizza. Awesome wings. Ranch dressing is so good from there. I love this place and the awesome people that work there.

Yum! We came back! The place is big enough for birthday parties! Oh yum! For me it's the sauce and the pie crust. Mmmmmm. Add pepperoni, onion and fresh garlic. We absolutely love this place. The people that work there, the food is the bomb 💣 💣

Yum! We have seen this place for awhile but after getting coffee at the Kuppa. We went on over and ordered. Oh yum We got a pepperoni, onion, mushroom and garlic pizza and salad to go. With yummy ranch dressing. I ran in when the pizza was ready and was able to meet Lorenzo, Taylor and the owner Kyle. Kyle was making the pizza's! Yum. The place was very clean. Lots of room for birthday parties and get togethers. Our pizza was the bomb! Delicious! It's the sauce for me. Rich and perfect. The fresh veggies were awesome too. We can't wait to go back. We highly recommend this awesome place and the awesome people...
