Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Fresno

Wish I could leave no stars. I was sexually harassed by an employee in front of the manager who did nothing to stop it. I walked into the restaurant and the girl at the counter has an unpleasant attitude. She doesn't even look like she wants to provide service to me but I began to order anyway and I notice she kept glancing and staring at my chest because of a partially lace top that I had on. I took a few steps away from the counter and I hear her telling her coworker (breanna) "did you see that?!" And I know she's talking about me and I can see Breanna nodding her head in agreement as Alissa laughed at me but I was so upset that I just took my seat and my friend had to calm me down so I wouldn't confront them. We're waiting for our food to get done and then Alissa brings our food to the table and this time looks directly down my shirt at my breasts. I got so angry and embarrassed so I went to the counter and asked Breanna if I could speak with the manager and turns out SHE is the manager. I tell her that Alissa keeps staring at my chest and how I heard Alissa telling her about my shirt and my breasts and she basically tells me that yes Alissa was talking about my breasts to her and she's sorry but that's just how Alissa is. Sooo basically she couldn't help me. Don't go here unless you wanna be sexually harassed in front of the manager, who doesn't do anything about it and you have to rush to leave after you paid for your meal cause an employee made you feel...

Their evening shift around 6:40-7pm was disgustingly rude and disrespectful. We just came by to grab a quick dinner and were super friendly/nice while ordering. I am always respectful especially to fast food workers because I know work can be hard on you when you are constantly getting yelled at for things. But we were as friendly as can be while ordering and paying. We originally were wanting to order the chicken stars or tenders but they were out at that time. It happens I get it. My bf then tried to order a Oreo shake, they of course were out of milk. We figured it was just our Luck and came at a bad time. But While we sat and waited for our food we happened to overhear a male mocking us to the cashier about “can we get our chicken nuggets”. This was super unprofessional and rude. We never said anything rude about them being out of multiple menu items and continue to order 2 combos and went about our day. To spend $30 to get demeaned in the process for no reason was really uncalled for. I’d advise staff to keep their comments about customers at least away from the drive through window/dining area. Really dumb in there part. I would really appreciate someone from customer service to reach out to discuss a plan of action for customer service retraining...

Went there today (here is my lil Ted talk or Karen moment) miss Isabell the assistant manager was upset and rude when I pulled up to the window because I didn’t stay for her to repeat my order over the intercom I was the only one in the drive-through. I was on the phone and trying not to be rude to her. As someone who is an assistant manager you should hold yourself to a higher Regard than other employees I expect that From regular crew employees not someone who is assistant manager. Carl’s Jr. is more expensive than McDonald’s I am paying for better food and better service I hope ( still fast food I know ) Maybe she next time take a deep breath and calm down before you Open the drive-through window And not speak with attitude.
