Starbucks — Restaurant in Fresno

Every time I come here my drink is always wrong. I don't know if it's because my drink is too difficult, but I had to give them the benefit of the doubt on the first tries and STILL, my drink was the complete opposite of how I ordered it. They weren't even busy like that for them to feel like they were rushed making my drink(s). Not a single car came behind me so I don't know what the issue is. If anything, just take your time getting it right. Read the cup? I don't know. How am I going to ask for a shaken espresso and I'm handed a drink that obviously was not shaken. Some of us have ordered from Starbucks for so long that we can recognize syrup at the bottom of the cup when it's supposed to be blended in with the drink (hence the name, shaken espresso). I can tell the difference between the milks that are offered and I can only drink non-dairy (I'm not the only one how surprising), and finally, my drink had dairy milk and you can clearly tell by the whiteness of the milk (it looked thicker and creamier than oatmilk, it looked like heavy cream to me). I also ordered chocolate cream cold foam on top and just received regular cold foam. If it was an issue with the lack of ingredients to make it (malt powder/mocha sauce as an alternative), I completely would have understood if that was communicated, but ultimately, that's not what happened. Some people are okay with just accepting their fate of their drink and drive off without checking and don't speak up. But not...

I don't know what happened to this location, but it almost seems like it was dumped by their boyfriend and they're just sulking about it. Let's get to the details;

Drink: The drinks can be hit or miss. Some days the drink is spot on and other days it's more milk than coffee, like today. There have been time when I have ordered something with a blonde roast only to be given a standard brew, non blonde. For awhile the drinks were great, now not so much.

Food: The food for the most part has been good every time I've gone to this location, but there have been times when the food just didn't have flavor.

Service: The employees here seem like they're being held here against their will, who knows, maybe they are. Unfriendly, not very talkative, seem like they want to give you your order and get you out, without verifying everything is there. I generally have to order 2-6 items each time(multiple people), they'll hand me the two drinks and say "Have a nice day" without noticing that there are four other items in my order.

Atmosphere: What can I really say about this? Each time I've gone in to order there is nowhere to sit(they removed all seating), it's just an almost empty room with some purchasable product. It's gloomy inside.

This will probably be the last time I'll be going to this location, I'm sure other locations have much better service, food/drink, and atmosphere. Oh...

Went there 3-28-2025 to get an iced coffee. I really needed to use the restroom first. There was a customer in line so I figured I would use the restroom first. I asked for the code and was told I needed to purchase something in order to be given the code. After my purchase, the code I was given did not work to unlock the Vacant bathroom. I went back to the counter to assure I had the right code and was ignored. I finally got one of the baristas attention, and she took off her headset and said "what" I said the code didn't work may I have it again. The barista gave me the same code. I tried again and still didn't work. Someone came out of the other occupied restroom and I went in there. There was Mold on the wall, the floor was sopping wet, there was feminine hygiene trash on the floor and graffiti taggings carved into the mirror. With that much resistance to allow paying customers to use the restroom, you would think it would be clean. Dirty, un-kept, and staff is rude. Do better when your charging customers $5.95 for a small drink (pour the liquid of your drink into a measuring cup and it will not be the same fl oz that you are told your getting...
