Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Fresno

I just wanted tot take the time to appreciate Ana at the drive thru window. She was so polite over the speaker and even more delightful at the window. I did tell her that this location was our favorite! She then asked why, and what makes her location great? Our food was ready very fast upon arriving at the window, the employees were super friendly and the food was HOT and presented well. We have had not so great experience at another location. She thanked me for being a customer and expressed how she took pride in her work and her customers and what impressed me most was the length of time she has dedicated to the corporation. I can appreciate that. Ana at location 7543 you are AMAZING! Thank you for giving us a reason to come back on our weekly drive home from church. God bless you and I look forward to...

Ordered in the drive through where the employee must have heard our order wrong, told them we got fries instead of onion rings on our order they tried to charge me for the new onion ring or I had to bring back the French fries which I get that people probably lie about that a lot but that’s still No excuses for what happened next. I bring the fries in and the manager throws them away and hands me undercooked onion rings. So now I have no fries or onion rings and the man outside who looked hungry probably would have appreciated that grossly wasted wasted food. Definitely won’t be back ever as my kids chicken was burnt as well and most of he other onion rings were doughy...

I went here to purchase a burger and fries combination today around noon on May 9, 2023. When I walked in nobody acknowledged my presence, I saw the cashier walk toward the back and start acting like she had something better to do than take my order. Finally when a car drove up to the drive through window she came out picking her nose still not acknowledging my presence. This place was unkempt and the employees here are rude and totally unAmerican! I will never go here again. This cashier is causing Carl's Jr to lose good customers. These people dont believe in washing their hands after sneezing and picking their noses....
