this is the email i sent the owner on 8/1. i have not heard from any one. it is now 8/9. i waited long enough.
I was told to email a complaint to get a refund. Which I believe is ridiculous for what my family and I already have gone through with Aerozone. This was our first time going to Aerozone. We went with no expectations and just wanted to have a good time. We went to Aerozone on July 31, 2022. we paid for an hour and socks that came out to about 85.00 1st incident: as we went up to the top of the main trampoline my kids began to jump and i was a spectator, so I was just standing off to the side. there was an employee that came up to me and told me that i was in the wrong area for parents and walked off. (He did not direct me where to go nor did he let me respond.) I would have apologized and told him this is our first time here. I began to ask another parent where to go sit. i guess he heard what i asked and yelled out to go around the wall to the ramp. (Unprofessional and degrading). the 2nd incident: I was standing by the massage chairs, this is when I saw what was going on, Ivy (Manager) told him to tell me not to stand there. He approached me again and told me to not stand there because I was blocking the walkway to the ramp. (Later on, someone had a stroller there and they weren't told anything, it stood there until we left.) 3rd incident: 2 mins after he told me that I could not stand by the ramp, He told me that my children could not be in the trampoline by the bounce because it was for toddlers. although toddlers where in the other side. there were no toddlers in the one where my children were. it was completely empty. my children purposely did not go in to the other one because there were toddlers there. at this point my family and I felt harassed. I told him there is no one here and I expressed that i felt like that were harassing us. 4th incident: we moved again and went to the foam block pit; my wife and I went to get a drink and a snack. they followed us to the snack bar. which made us feel uncomfortable. we got out snack and went back up to the foam blocks. the young guy came up to us again told us that we can't be up there with food. there was no sign anywhere then he pulled out and said its right here. at this point, we had enough. we felt like we were being singled out. so, we asked to talk to a manager. We talked to Gabe, and he was really understanding and told us that he could not do a refund that I would need to call the next day. and I called today and spoke with Jazmin, I explained to her what happened and she told me she could not do a refund and for me to email the address that's on the website.
during our time here it was not fun, it was actually more of a headache and very frustrating on how the employees there were not helpful. my family and I felt like we did not belong there and that is NOT ok. So, I am requesting for a refund for the time we spent there at aerozone. I hope this gets to someone and I hope to hear back
never heard back. so i do not recommend and will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe place is fine for the kids. The service on the other hand is trash. When we first walked in and up to the desk there were literally 4 people standing there. Two young guys and two ladies and they don't greet you right away. Then there is a sign about non jumpers that must pay $7 which is not a problem but I was there not too long ago when I didn't jump and didn't pay so it was a bit of a surprise but not an issue. This woman I guess a manger heard me telling the worker that and she said it's been like that for the last 2 years which is a lie because I was there in Jan of 2025 which I did not pay to watch my child jump. The picture of my Groupon will show the date that I put with this review. The whole interaction at the counter was very off putting and just a lot of attitude from the worker who then tried to over charge me and when I asked her why 2 pair of socks and one non jumpers was $22 dollars and when the manger next to her heard me question the price come to find out she was trying to charge for 2 non jumpers and 2 pairs of socks. Like you're trying to tell me something but you're not even paying attention to what you're doing. The second issue is I'm sitting in the play area and my child is playing in one of the toy houses and I'm sitting at a table with toys on it and I'm having a whole conversation with someone and a worker comes up to the table and ask me if I'm playing with the toys, first of all I'm having a whole conversation and there is no child here so of course I'm not playing with the toys and when I tell him no he then stays at the table moving the blocks around making noise while I'm in the middle of a conversation. I dont know if it's because he is a teenager which he did look very young but if he needed us to move so he could clean that area all he had to do was ask not make noise while two people are having a conversation. The staff just needs some training I have been to other places and never experienced such incompetent and rude individuals at a place where they should be happy as it's for children.I'm pretty sure I won't be back paying out of my pocket if someone has a party and my child is invited would probably be the only reason I go back. There are more options out there and again it's not the place itself that is fine for the kids It's the service for me that was not giving! If I could give no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe've taken groups of kids here a few times and this will be our last. Something sketchy always seems to happen here, whether it be stolen items, (my son had his shoes stolen out of the cubby hole most recent trip), adults and older kids pegging little kids in the dodge ball pit, only one employee working while the line is out the door so check-in can take almost an hour, or bigger kids monopolizing certain areas due to lack of supervision. The dank smell is also something that takes a little while to get used to. As many commenters have already indicated, parent supervision is absolutely required as the place has been under-staffed every time we've been here. About the stolen shoes, the manager refused to return calls. When we finally got a manager on the line, he referred to the sign that says "not responsible for lost or stolen items" so guessing things get stolen pretty frequently. Not a surprise given the lack of employee supervision. The manager also said "rent a locker" and claimed they only review their camera footage when there are fights and illegal activity. Got it, not a surprise there either. We have actually rented lockers before but at some level you put your kid's dirty, old shoes in a cubby hole and expect to walk away with them when you leave. Last thing, the trampolines themselves are ok and kids do have fun bouncing around, if carefully supervised, but the trampolines are not well-maintained, dirty and have sags/rips in certain sections. The place needs an overhaul, including but not limited to equipment...
