Panda Express — Restaurant in Fresno

If I could give them a 0 I would. This place is infuriating. 1. I asked them one night, when they hardly had any customers, if I could quickly use the restroom. They said no. I understood due to the policy of customers only I get it. 2. EVERY SINGLE time I go through the drive thru and order the teriyaki chicken and ask for the teriyaki sauce on the side, they NEVER remember to put it in the bag. Strike 2. 3. Placed an order at 10:30 am and they told us some of our entrees would be about 7 mins. No problem . 10:50 rolls by and we walk inside to see what's the hold up. They tell us its gonna be another 10 mins! What the heck?! So waiting a total of 30 mins for our food when I could have went to a sit down restaurant and gotten it faster! Edit: By the time we actuallt got our food it was actually like 45mins! Never again...

This location is special to me and my wife because it was the first meal we had together the day we met. We went back a few times since then, most recently on 11/02/2024 @ 2 PM. I got my normal plate with half and half, orange chicken and terriaki chicken. She got the same. The chicken for the terriaki didn't taste right so my wife didn't eat it. I ate hers and mine because I hadn't eaten much since early morning. The next 2 days I had bad stomach cramps and diarrhea and Sunday night felt like throwing up. There was a lot of chicken in that pot, I really hope they didn't sell anymore and had to throw it away. Please make sure your chicken is not bad before you cook it from now on or don't store it after it's cooked and try to reheat and serve...

On july 6, 2021, I when to the drive through to that location, To order an small order of fried rice, and broccoli beef, it show on the screen the two items, and the price for both, when I got to the window to pay and pick up my order, the attendant charge me just for the broccoli beef, $8.89, and then she said she didn’t charge me for the rice, I had to pay more then $3.00 dollars, I got mad at her, and I argued with her, and told her, Im a regular client and I usually buy for $8.90 a big plate with fried rice, lemon chicken and teriyaki chicken, she obviously over charge me, and that was not a mistake of her, she knew very well what she was doing, I hope that the management keep an eye on...
