Usually so busy that the orders are wrong--that's ok, there are slim pickin's around here. Today did it: I ordered a French dip online today, along with several other sandwiches and salad, and found that my au jus was missing when I went to pick up. I asked for some and was told that I hadn't ordered it. I apologized and explained that I did not recall seeing that as an option and assumed it just comes with since that's the name of the sandwich. I re-did the order when I got back to see where I messed up, still can't find it--and it clearly states in the sandwich description that it comes with au jus. I didn't know that I had to order it, seems that a French dip would automatically include au jus otherwise I would've asked for a plain, dry roast beef and cheese sandwich. Another small annoyance: the cashier felt it necessary to correct my pronunciation of "au jus" three times, one was to posture her failure to understand what I was talking about, I suppose so she could say: "Oh! You mean..." I actually speak French, and promise you that she pronounced it incorrectly all three times. Slightly annoying. I don't like the crowds here and having to stop at the counter to pull out my order to make sure everything's there (live and learn!)--I wish there was a Panera...
Read moreCheck your orders before leaving. They always get your orders wrong and missing what you specifically ask for. We got tired of calling back to tell them they messed up after getting treated like free loaders it's like co'mon now just get our order right. Mistakes were like asked and got charged for double chicken and got regular. Asked and paid for BBQ and chipotle sauce and didn't get it. Not to mention some of the Romaine is whole sometimes and not even enough to where you could see the bottom of the container. Like really. A pro I must say you get avocado in your salad. But when asked to speak to the manager she declined to talk to us and stated to call corporate when we asked for the number she said its online. Just an FYI take it...
Read moreI used to be a Subway guy. Only went to Subway for my pastrami sandwiches. Then someone bought me a pastrami from Deli Delicious and that was it. I've not been back to Subway since. While they all give you the same fantastic sandwich at every location, this one is one of the best. Staff is SUPER friendly and no matter how busy, they crank out the orders faster than Trump pisses off liberals. I eat here more often than I should just because their food is so good and you get a monster of a sandwich for the same price as what you pay at the golden arches for lunch. This place is awesome .... but don't tell anyone. Does that help you? Give me a thumbs...
