Robertitos Taco Shop — Restaurant in Fresno

This place is usually good. I was going to rate it 5 stars before today. Today just all bad. Ordered super fries asada at the drive thru. When i got home it was nachos. Like God damn. So i called to let them know. They said theyll replace it. I said ok n drove back. Got there and it was already made, so that was nice. So gave her back the nachos n she gave me the fries. She said here u go didnt even apologize, im like damn yaw made me drive all the way back n aint even sorry. Wasted my time n gas. I understand mistakes happen but at least say sorry. Then i got home and started eating. The fries are super old n soggy. Like its been sitting in old oil. Im like come on!!!!!!! Its usually good here. Wasted time n gas to drive back n got some nasty old fries n no appology. Like this is the worst asada fries i had. Im like maybe they did it on purpose. Hmmm I should have just ate the nachos. I really wanted to love this place but between the poor food quality high prices and order mistakes I'll never go back. Last night was just the worse experience. I went to get the 4 taquito meal which comes with guacamole sour cream and salsa with beans and rice on the side for 6.99. No when you order a number meal from any other place it comes with a side and drink so I order and she didn't ask what I wanted to drink so asked if it came with one and she said no but that she already sent it through and I'd have to order the drink at the window so i do i spent $10 and when i got home i had no sides. I was starving and all i got was a large soda and four tiny taquitos that were stone cold and I am not exaggerating when I say the frozen taquitos you get from the store taste better the meat literally had no flavor. Never come here again as I walk into the store the girl there she didn’t even say hi to me after I had said hi and then while taking my order she left and somebody else came to finish my order and she didn’t even tell me anything. What kind of customer service that is and then I got my order wrong I have asked for extra guacamole on my tacos and she didn’t even charge me for the extra guacamole or anything and then when I would check my tacos, I told the lady I had told the previous employee that was helping me out that I wanted to guacamole on my tacos and she’s like well You have to pay. For me, Pain is not the problem. The problem was that they got my order wrong and I don’t wanna do a separate transaction. They are very rude and do not know how to communicate .
