In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Fresno

Burgers are pretty good fries are gross though ive had much better both at TGI Fridays and Steak n Shake best burgers there must try. I’m giving one star because there was an employee there that was rude and unprofessional i dont know if he did in on purpose but I think he did. Me and a friend went here because steak n shake was too far so we came here ordered and we both ordered burger fries and shakes and my friend even asked the employee/cashier if he got the chocolate shake in there before he paid and the employee said yes. So he paid and they called our number and we got our order but there was no chocolate shake so he went again and just asked for another one because it also wasnt noted on the receipt so either that guy lied or he didnt hear my friend anyway he ordered again and seriously we waited for 5mins no one was making his shake and there were no other customers they already ordered their food but even they got their food first before my friend got his milkshake so he went up to ask and a lady there made it for him. I’m no satisfied with this place and the service that guy was messed up and I’m pretty sure he did it on purpose dont know why since we were both nice we just ordered our food and thats it. Two thumbs down not even the best burgers in town much...

The atmosphere is always iffy, but sometimes it is not their fault. But, there need to be ways to improve how people feel when they wait, how they feel when they drive a pickup through the drive through (it's Fresno, a lot of quarter and half ton SRW trucks trying to go thruuuu, or over, drive throughs. It should be considered when designing the path). The service was rushed my last time through. With the person taking orders giving a bit of an attitude when I took a bit longer than expected. I also have kids with alergy issues, making orders a bit modified. So I require more patience with service than most people. The food was In N Out good as always. I've seldom had an issue with orders or food quality. In fact, I can't remember the last time there was a mistake or probelm. When repeating an order back to someone, please take the extra 3 seconds to be clear and have good diction, because even someone with decent hearing will get lost in a mumbled mess (this usually occurs with the money taker). This location was efficiently run. It was busy but the service was fast and friendly.

They had a security officer posted outside. He was professional and polite. I've never seen that at an In-N-out before, but with the way things are today, it was a welcome site. But give the man a way to protect himself. Mace, Baton, or even armed is more appropriate for society and crime the way it is these days.

Anyways, just my opinion. Back to the site review.

I was impressed to see dedicated employees in the dining area who were sweeping up trash and wiping down tables. The store was very clean. Management has done very well keeping high standards.

The food goes without saying, IN- N - Out has awesome burgers. It's the next best thing next to homemade.
