Absolutely horrible and will never stay there again. From the moment we entered one of the rooms my husband went back to the office to have us placed in another room. The next was really no better. We paid for the room to have two queen beds. We were told that the room we were in was recently renovated- On discovery the room was not clean and smelled like it had not been in some time. The bed linens and mattress pad had numerous stains in them and the shower curtain bottom was horribly dirty. We immediately requested fresh linens to replace and I sprayed everything down with Lysol. I made a small purchase for other linens to cover and zip up the pillows and stuff in to be sure in case of bed bugs since I wasn’t able to do a heat test- no iron. The room is not well lit. The hand soap that was left for us to use was already open. The reservation offered a continental breakfast- the yogurt machine didn’t work the 4 days I was there. They do have a working waffle maker. Because of the experiences not cleaning the room I didn’t trust that they would clean the other juice or ice machines but they do have a few juices to choose from. There is sliced bread for toasting, coffee, bananas, cereal. Ironically enough looks like the bananas were browning but there was a whole box available to replace the less appealing ones but this did not happen. They did have miniature poppyseed muffins and a small metal with oatmeal that looked really old. KAUSHIK PATEL manager on duty- listen my family and I have stayed at many hotels in different cities and have never experienced the level of unsanitary scenarios in one setting. I know that you can’t control the environment outside and no one is asking you to but one thing you can do is ensure that the rooms are cleaned optimally and the linens are clean and stain free. I honestly don’t think you as a Manager would have had your parents stay in the rooms that you have paying guests in. Days Inn as an organization it comes a time when you have to make a decision as a “BRAND” what will we do to protect our name? Super disappointed with my experience overall. As a member of leadership when my name is plastered on the wall you want to make sure that things are ideal and satisfactory.

Okay I have been here about every week a couple days at a time sometimes more. The office staff are very helpful. They have always been courteous and attentive to our needs. That being said... they are only human too. So it's difficult to be the face of the company and have to deal with non payee rif raf, or people who trash everything, or just everyday people. I know I couldn't do their job. We have had King beds everytime. Room 169, 159, 258 were our rooms. 169 was clean. The only issue was that the bathtub faucet wouldn't completely shut off so there was a constant dripping. And we stayed for a total of 5 days in there. The only true issue was that when we washed our clothes in the facility laundry room, there's nothing locking that door and so unfortunately we had some clothes missing most likely from the homeless people that were hiding in the oleanders. My husband did see a couple ducking out of site and the laundry room was on the backside of where our room was. The continental breakfast was good but I think that they need a new toaster. The waffles always smell amazing but I don't know how to make them so I don't bother. Room 159 (handicapped room) was a bit concerning but it was immediately handled by staff. We had to have the bedding changed and it was handled without incident. We stayed there for 3 days and we would have Uber and Lyft and door dash come to our exact location without incident. Room 258 was nice but the AC unit is definitely going out. It took us putting the temperature to 90 degrees for the heater to finally kick on. But it did work. Now we have been able to check in early ( with a small fee) but that's been a big plus. The rooms are welcoming and comfortable. The only bad thing is that my husband had unfortunately left his necklace in room 159 and it has some of his late wife's ashes inside and her favorite verse on the other side of the silver cross. I have been hoping and praying that she finds a way back to him because he has been pretty much devastated by it being gone. Looking forward to staying again soon. Pictures are of room 169

This was one of the worst 3 experiences I've had at a Wyndham from the moment I checked in to when I checked out. At check in, they required me to pay an early check in fee despite me telling them that because of my status it's free. I called Wyndham and had them refund it, but I shouldn't have had to do that in the first place. The room smelled weird, there was only one small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom (no conditioner), there was a blood stain on the pillow, chunks of wood were missing from the nightstand, and the towel rack was barely hanging on. The floors were filthy and made my feet black from walking barefoot. The breakfast was also pretty abysmal. They only had cereal and bread. The juice and milk machines were out of order. The bananas were rotten, and the dining room was filled with "non-paying" customers. That's the nicest way I can put it. The key cards kept deactivating, and I had to get them reactivated at least 4 times in 2 days. The staff were rude. The pool was dirty, which our key cards also didn't work for. There was also fighting outside every night and sirens were constantly blaring. There was even a police shootout 2 blocks down the road on the day we checked out. This place is just an all-around dump in an awful area.

Dear Wyndham Days Inn Management,||||I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the conditions during my recent stay at your hotel. I am extremely disappointed by the experience I encountered, which did not meet the basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service I expect when staying at a Wyndham property.||||Upon entering the room, I noticed several issues immediately. The door seal was coming off, failing to prevent water and wind from entering. The room’s curtains were broken, one of the window panes was shattered, and there were flies in the room, which was unsettling. Additionally, there was no remote control for the TV, no shampoo or soap provided, and most disturbingly, the bed sheets were heavily stained with various fluids, including what appeared to be footprints, and even what resembled fecal stains. The sheets and pillows had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they had been used previously, and both the bed sheets and desk chair had cigarette burn holes.||||When I called the front desk to address these issues, the staff member I spoke with showed little interest in helping, telling me to locate housekeeping myself. I found the housekeeping staff, but they only offered me fresh sheets, which I was expected to change myself. At a rate of $150 per night, I did not expect to be tasked with changing sheets in a room that should have been cleaned and properly prepared prior to my arrival.||||As I continued to inspect the room, I found the mattress liner was also filthy, covered in stains and holes, which forced me to remove it and return it to housekeeping for replacement. Though the housekeeping staff was polite, they made no offer to assist with these issues directly, leaving me to clean and reassemble the bed myself. This was not only unpleasant but added to the overall dissatisfaction, as I felt the responsibility for basic upkeep was unfairly shifted onto me.||||The experience was particularly stressful, as we had traveled to visit my girlfriend’s grandfather who is dealing with a medical emergency, only to encounter such discomfort upon arriving at the hotel. Unfortunately, when I tried to return to the room later, my room key card failed to work, adding further frustration to an already exhausting situation.||||I felt compelled to share my experience, as this stay fell far below the standard of comfort and cleanliness that I anticipated. The entire ordeal has left me extremely disappointed and disheartened. Given the significant expense, I believe some form of resolution or compensation is warranted, and I hope you take this complaint seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests.||||Thank you for your attention to this...

My little cousin 16 y/o went missing with her 23 y/o “boyfriend” recently, so I have been calling local motels in the Fresno area to see if they’ve seen any suspicious persons that possibly resembled the description I gave. Every OTHER motel was cooperative and understanding towards my situation, EXCEPT for the Days Inn by Wyndham Fresno South. Every time I called this motel they first answered me and listened to what I had to say, then there was an awkward pause, then I was told I would be transferred, then hung up on. I thought this was a mistake so I called again, another young lady answered but sounded muffled/ far away. When I tried to explain the situation again, she just hung up. After that I called back about 10 times, only to be ignored. So I decided to call from my girlfriends phone, and low and behold, same young lady answers… I asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that the manager was not in until the next day, so then I asked for her name and she IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP. I am still hopeful yet skeptical. These actions by the employees are either complete lack of maturity or apart of something deeply disturbing. Authorities have already been called but this interaction has definitely made me feel uneasy enough to make me leave such a negative review

  • UPDATE* I have continued calling after an hour of trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk. Another young lady answers and I ask for her name, she proceeds to tell me “uhm are you the one that called earlier? Because I already told you my name” to which I responded “well can you please repeat it for me?” She then says “Nancy” so I ask for her last name as well, she then replies with “uhm Gonzalez, WHY?!” At this point I am tired and frustrated and she clearly remembered my phone call earlier where I explained my entire situation, so I respond with “what do you mean why?” To which she then proceeds to say “ugh my god!” And hangs up on me again!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I wish I could report them in some way. This place is clearly a biohazard based on previous reviews/ pictures. But on top of all that, IN MY OPINION, involved in potential sex...
