I was a big fan of Domino’s pizza but after realizing that they took more money out from my bank account than what my total actually was, I got extremely upset and disappointed. The driver’s excuse was that he tipped himself accidentally 🤬. If I don’t give you the tip myself, what makes you think it’s okay for you to tip yourself with MY money? After I called the store (2304 W Shaw #101 in Fresno,ca) the same driver picked up the phone and apologized for his mistake and gave me a $20 credit with them. I was like okay, sounds good then, let’s see what happens. Over the weekend I order a pizza and pay $9and some change from that store credit that they gave me, so I had about $10 and a couple cents leftover. I tried making an order again another day and I told them I will be using the remaining store credit balance to pay for the pizza. The guy that answers says that I have no credit left over anymore and that his lazy manager was way too busy to look through the account to double check if I did have credit left over. I contacted the main customer service center right away in ALHAMBRA,CA and the nice lady that helped me over the phone confirmed that I did have a credit left of $10 and some change. She herself sent my order to my domino’s store and applied the coupon and credit to the account. She also refunded me the money that the driver had tipped himself with, to my bank account, and apologized in behalf of Fresno’s stupid store. The customer service lady was really nice and helpful. The only problem is the incompetent people they hire at their stores. After my last pizza is delivered, they will no longer have me as a customer. So everyone, please BEWARE when paying with a card. They steal your money like it’s theirs in the first place. Better to pay in cash or buy from another pizza chain. Goodbye...
Read moreWe Ordered a Pizza from the Domino's on 3005 W. Bullard Ave. on 12/30/2024. It was made and delivered in a timely manner.....HOWEVER, We did NOT receive the Medium Pizza, I ordered, There was 4 pieces of Pepperoni and no Sausage (I ordered Extra Pepperoni and Extra Sausage with onions and mushrooms). Plus the Pizza and the Cheesy Bread were both burnt on the edges. My grandkids were very upset. I called the store explained the problem and they were very vague and stated they would put a free pizza on my account.....2 hours later, no pizza neither delivered OR put on my account. At this point I would say I and my family are out of luck and Domino's has lost yet another customer.
Addendum: Okay it has been 2 days later and STILL no response from the Dominos Store Manager OR Corporate. I am SEVERELY disappointed in Dominos' Non-Response. By Dominos' NON- Response to my complaint I now realize that Dominos is a Rip Off Company and that Dominos is in it JUST TO RIP OFF POOR PEOPLE. I do NOT recommend anyone using Dominos', unless you want to ONLY receive what they want you to have, NOT what you ordered and PAID FOR.
Oh and by the way ( per the dm inquiry requesting proof of the order), the Order# issued was #2022. The Date and Time: 12/30/23 at 6:49 PM. Plus, I have a email copy of the order from Dominos. I may be poor and a Senior Citizen, but I will ALWAYS stand up for myself...
Read moreI can hardly contain my disappointment over this situation, there's a Domino's Pizza located at Store #7763 2304 W. Shaw Ave. #101 Fresno, CA 93711, which is only 2.5 miles away from my place, I went through all of the processes it takes to be able to order a pizza and wings online and found out 10 minutes or so (while tracking my pizza's progress online) that I can't have the pizza delivered.
I cancelled my order of course and ordered pizza from Me-N-Ed's which does deliver to me and they're just a little farther out than Domino's, but that's not my issue. My issue is that there's nothing on their website that says that they don't deliver to my area, even though we're so close.
It seems that the 99 freeway is some kind of cut off point, this would have been easier on me and wasted much less time if they'd post this on their website instead of letting me find out this way. Sure I have company coming over and I was getting the pizza delivered because they were so close and had a great delivery time, never mind the fact that driving is an issue for me at this moment.
Come on Domino's get with the program, post your delivery boundaries, I bet I'm not the only person who cancels a pizza after this happens. If this was actually important to the company something should be done regarding this...
