Very disappointed in this place. Stopped by on Saturday night with my girlfriends to enjoy a few drinks. The next day I woke up to an extra $100 tip charge that the bartender decided to give himself. Thankfully I do have a picture of my signed receipt stating the actual amount that I had intended to give. I've tried to contact management and have left voicemails but it doesn't seem important enough for them to call me back to resolve this. Since this is the case I am going to attempt to pursue legal action for this fraudulent charge. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I never thought a place like this would do...

The ambiance is nice. Customer service is very good. They have live music, a bit too loud for me bc I have to yell at the person sitting next to me when conversing. The drinks are the reason for the low ratings. I went when they first opened and just recently returned in June of 2024. There's something about their drinks that is not tasty to me. Highly recommend for a nice night out to get fancy drinks. Chill environment, live pianist for ambience and music but quiet enough to still be able to talk. The service was great.
