Javence Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fresno

I am writing this review after ordering two 1 topping pizza. So this will mainly be about the pizza and some of the place and the people.

The workers at the place seemed very close and maybe are family. They are nice and friendly.

The place has been there for a while and it used to be different things over the years. i have no idea when it became under new people with a name change.

The place is a decent size but sadly the place was full of flies. Just waiting for my pizza there was 8 or so flies bothering me.

This is the first time ordering pizza from this place and they had a decent deal on the large size. I took it they can't mess up pizza that much right? The pizza looks alright but as I Hold the pizza. I feel the bottom of the pizza. It feels very tough. I sigh before taking in a bite. The bottom really is toast or burnt really. it completely overpowers any other flavor of the pizza. The both pizza are like this. I don't know if they just cooked the pizza at a high temp or something it was not good. funny enough the bottom is cooked so much that it separated from the top part of the pizza with the toppings easily. the top part of the pizza was just alright. Nothing fancy of course. It was a simple pizza order. Ah, it reminds me of a toasted or burnt tostada.

It did seem that the place was getting a lot of orders when I went there. A person or two walked in during my time there. They do have other items there but I don't think I will go again just based on the pizza.

Also none of the workers seemed to have masks worn at all.

Overall, It was a real disappointment to me. I wont...

Update: I was sad to see they were closed on Monday because we wanted to get lunch for our office. I sent a message by Messenger and they replied and said they would be open at 4pm but they offered to get my order for the next day. Great customer service! Got the food today and it was delicious and perfect. Still reccomend them for Carne Asada pizza! I have tried a lot of the pizza now and all have been great. I love the brick oven crisp crust! 7/26/22 update. I have known about their pizzeria for a year or 2 now and since I live on the other side of town I hadn't tried it. I recently started working around the corner and decided try it out. Great decision! This personal size pizza was perfect. I got the Carne Asada pizza and it is so flavorful! The meat is juicy, onion and cilantro is fresh and crisp. With a touch of lemon it was perfect. I definitely reccomend it! I'm going to get a large to take home because it is that good. I will slowly try different topping but the crust is great so I'm sure the flavor is there no matter...

I just want to say thank you to all staff that was working the night that I went it was my going away gift to all my little ones in the family we had such an amazing time I was able to watch them play pool against each other I was able to watch them eat and fellowship together as I played amazing Christian music on the jukebox we had such an amazing time the service was amazing the prices were just phenomenal I will definitely be back and I will tell and recommend anyone to go here as many times as they can the place is just amazing such a nice placeI just wanted to thank them so much for their hospitality I wish I got the servers names it would be amazing if I could get both servers names that were there that night thank you thank you for the awesome service and for receiving our family all night all the way up until closingI also wanted to include that they had some amazing specials that day the prices were just unbelievableThe food was amazing came out all on time great prices I will definitely...
