I just had the worst experience here today with my to go order. My first time here and I came for lunch to try the Pad Thai lunch special based on other reviews. I had asked for medium spice on the pad thai and thai chili pepper flakes on the side & to have peanuts on the side. I was charged .75 cent extra to have the peppers & peanut on the side. Every Thai restaurant I have ever been to usually does this for free. It came with a side salad (gross) and a bagel, they don't toast the bagels but it is warmed & buttered which turned into an oily mush when I got home. When I got home the pad thai was not spicy & I did not get peppers or peanuts on the side or inside my meal. I was very disappointment & called them. The owners were apologetic & asked me to bring it back & they would remake it. I don't live nearby. So I drove 20 miles roundtrip back there & they remade it, except instead of making me a new batch they re-cooked my pad thai & added so much green chili peppers it was not edible & the noodles were mushy & partially burnt. Even the Thai tea was not good. I got there at 11:25am and didn't get my food until noon, by the time i got home, returned here to have them remake my food & get home again it was 1:15pm, none of my food was edible, complete waste of over $15 and almost 2 hours of my life. They don't have thai chili pepper flakes, only crush red pepper like you get from the pizza places (which I don't care for) I do want to note that the owners were nice & apologetic, I don't blame them, this place isn't my cup of tea & I will...
Read moreI’m new to Fresno, so this is my first review here. Did a search for “bagels” and landed on this spot. It looks like a classic old school strip mall bagel joint, and the service was friendly enough, albeit a bit on the slow side. To their credit, they seemed busy, and the workers were moving, so maybe I’m being unfair.
The price was totally fair, and on the more affordable side. I paid like $13 for a breakfast sandwich, and a bagel with cream cheese.
The food itself was pretty meh, as the sesame bagels only seem to have sesame on the top part of the ring, and the cream cheese on their bagel was on the light side compared to what I’m used to at most bagel shops. The “All In One” egg sandwhich tasted kinda heavy but also a bit stale, yet I admittedly didn’t eat it for until a little while later, which may have affected the taste. Either way, although the service was fine, the food wasn’t very good, and I’ll be on the search for a better...
Read moreI didn't care for this place at all and surprising enough my 10 year old son didn't either... We came in for breakfast this morning and there's always a line out the door. That's usually a good sign lol. We both ordered the all in one breakfast bagel, we saw a lot of other people ordering it so we decided to give it a shot and it wasn't very good at all. It wasn't horrible but deffidently not very worth my time. On the menue it says fried egg but in the picture it shows scrambled eggs but what ever. I spent about 10 bucks on 2 bagels with American cheese and scrambled eggs on top. The people who work there were very nice and I recommend going in there and having your...
