Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Fresno

Awesome pizza and friendly service. Wife and I ate here our last 2 pizza nights. The pizza was great. We ordered delivery and everything was perfect. It took a long time for delivery but we expect that on a Friday night. The food was great and worth the wait. Update 10-18-2024 In mid Sep we ordered a pizza via delivery, besides being way overcharged for the delivery fee it took over 2 hours to get our pizza. I emailed the restaurant and voiced my concerns. I believe the owner replied very quickly and apologize for the issues. He offered me a 50% discount on my next order. So Oct 18th i tried to place another delivery. I called in so I could use the 50% discount. The young lady i was talking too told me the manager and owner said they could only honor the discount if I did a pick-up order only. This was not possible due to car issues. I emailed the restaurant to again voice my concerns. I was told they did not have a delivery driver. How does a pizza place not have a delivery driver on a Fri. If I was the owner I would have been there doing delivery's myself. Unfortunately there are way to many pizza options that we probably won't order again from the Pizza Factory. I like the pizza here but 6here are...

I consider myself a pizza connoisseur, and I feel that Pizza Factory really embodies a good classic pizza and one of the best small chain business' in the country. Ever staying the same, the crust sauce cheese combo has maintained consistency since i first tried it around 1986.

I tried a location somewhat close to home while killing some time during volleyball practice down in the valley and was pleasantly suprised by such good quality service and product at this location.

The young gentleman was fast friendly and genuinely cared. He took a few minutes out of his busy shift to talk with me and let me know how much he loved working there. Good help is rare these days amd thus business is lucky to have just that.

Did I mention they had the best breadsticks for 100 miles?

So wife and I came in recently for the all. You can eat lunch, special. Decently prize for what it was, though the entire time that we were there fresh pizza was never brought out. The salad bar had a nice spread, and the breadsticks and potato wedges never got replenished. The staff was friendly and asked if there was any particular pizza that we would have liked to see out there and being first-timers. We didn't really know what all they had so we said anything was fine thinking that they would bring some fresh pizza from the back. And mind you we were there for about an hour and there's no telling how long the pizza was left under the heat lamps before we got there. I would say the quality of the pizza was probably on the same level of like a little Caesars though I do prefer the pizza factory sauce.
