I was at the Tuesday River Park event and they had their tent set up. I approached the tent and inquired about the engraving services and jewelry prices. She quoted me 50$ for a necklace and I asked if she could replicate the engraving on my ring onto that particular necklace piece. She said she could do it so I payed the 50$. She told me come back in 10 minutes. I took 20 minutes to come back and she told me it wasn’t ready. I had to come back 3 times and an hour had passed and no news on my necklace. The owner who was also at the tent did not say a single word to me or bother trying to fix the problem. Then at the end of it all she told me she could not deliver on the engraving. She said she could not do it. I was so upset and disappointed. I asked for my refund and thankfully was able to get it back. The customer service was horrible and I was falsely misled on what they could actually deliver.
