This past visit early at 1:30 was not enjoyable. Seem to have gotten a little bit of attitude from the person taking my order. She then told me to go to a spot while they make my food cuz I guess it was taking a little bit longer. Waited 15 minutes and had to go inside the store and take my toddler out of my car while on my lunch so I can get my food. Person I took my order blamed it on not having enough workers when we all know that priority beats all

update 03/25/2024 - used the app to order and only got 1 taco when I got the 2 for $0.99 order. and for the 3rd time now when putting wanting extra pickles it didn't seem very extra at all. And they seem to be having issues cause they had people waiting for a while before ordering. had to ask for a straw before leaving and was given no napkins either.
update 08/08/2024 The mobile app to order an eight-piece nugget large fry and two tacos I only got five out of the eight nuggets.... tried calling the number online and it just took me to a voicemail that was full. So here I am updating my review yet again about this location and lowering my rate...
Read moreMy biggest complaint about the Jack in the Box at the Cedar and Nees location was I went inside the restaurant because the drive-thru line was long, and a short squat woman with strawberry blonde hair, pulled back in a ponytail, took my order. There was no greeting in response to my "good morning." No smile, and when I picked up my food nothing like a thank you. Rude. The other folks in the back we're obviously working hard and seem to be pretty cheerful but this woman was sour and unpleasant. Is it that hard to say thank you to a customer, especially after they say "good morning" and "thank you" to you? The woman had an attitude and I don't know what her issue was but it was so irritating I nearly was going to make a formal complaint right then and there, but I was hungry so I just left. Also the "Supreme" croissant sandwiches have shrunk from the size that, they used to be and are now very tiny. Feels like a rip-off. The grilled chicken club was good though. But the attitude of short chubby girl with red hair needs to improve. People like that can drive...
Read moreI used to come here regularly and had no issues with food and drink I don’t know if they hired newer staff or what but the girl with the blonde hair is extremely rude my first encounter was asking if she could add on chicken tenders for my son and she laughed while her manger was dealing with the order because she couldn’t add them on? And in turn she(blonde headed girl) messed up my whole order by talking to whoever was making it and laughing because I ended up with two orders of chicken tenders when my other order was popcorn chicken (I spoke on the phone to an Amber and she was nicer and offered to fix it.) the second time I visited today my order was messed up again instead of curly fries I got regular ones had to turn all the way around and not even a sorry for the mix up or anything I work two jobs a fast food one and a office one and I never get things mixed up unless this girl does it on purpose other than that I wouldn’t recommend going to this location unless you want your food always wrong...
