Kabab Time — Restaurant in Fresno

Very clean, the two girls at the counter were friendly and very helpful! Unfortunately the first thing we noticed were two men sitting at the outside tables in front of the store smoking a cigarette. When we ordered the men came inside and went straight to cooking in the back. Hopefully with washed hands they prepared our meals with no gloves. We ordered three items, Borak, a gyro and a chicken shawarma. On my gyro I asked for no onions and extra taziki, my boyfriend got a chicken shawarma with no pickles, both were wrong. He got pickes (which he loaths so it ruined the taste for him) and I got only onions and light taziki. The Borak was a weird cheese, non like I've had before, the texture mimiced melted mozzarella with the taste of off brand American cheese singles.
