Had high hopes about this place since I always see people coming in and out. I’ve never been to a pub where the bartender had zero suggestions, a bad attitude, and clearly a lack of knowledge for alcoholic drinks. The service we got from the bartender was the worst I’ve experienced in Tower district and I was embarrassed to have brought my friend there from out of state. My friend asked for a cocktail and was met with disdain and the response of “we’re a meat and potato kinda bar we don’t do that here”. I know she’s capable of decent customer service and conversation, because we watched her interact perfectly fine with two other patrons. bartender lady with red hair was rude as soon as we entered bar took her time didnt attend customers in order was drinking on the job wasting paying customers time and didn’t deserve a tip after waiting 20 minutes to be served flipped us off after not being served a tip said we were being treated weird for not tipping when she was not doing a good job to begin with i have been going here for years and have never dealt with such a incompetent being working there, was screaming across the bar manager didn’t do nothing said he has to defend his worker no matter how ignorant he acknowledge her for being she continued to scream the whole time was highly intoxicated overall terrible service terrible accountability terrible workers very poor...

It wasn't a good experience for me. We went on St. Patrick's Day, figured it would be fun. We were seated and waited at least 15+ minutes before anyone came to our table, all the while a lot of servers were walking by us. A lady/server was about to go in to the bathroom and she noticed us looking over, so she asked "who has table 6", then she walked over to where everyone was (near the food pick up area) about a minute later a server came over and she had a rude attitude, my guess was because the other lady said something to her.
