After camping in the Sequoia's we were hungry and hunting for some Khmer food. Our pack literally filled up the entire shop and ordered up every item on the menu and gobbled it down sharing everything. Each of the items were distinct and excellent. Someone here has some real Khmer Mom's love and balance on the meal preparation. All of us (with a few exceptions) are next generation Khmer and each of us have a good Khmer mom who's been raising us on this stuff so we'd know. Some of the best stuff to order here: Beef sticks (must have. Perfect sweetness and gives when you chew it), the Papaya Salad (this ain't the lemon flavored light papaya salad you get at a Thai Restaurant. It's similar to the Lao version made with prahok and kapee in it with some good spice to it as well) Get a side of white rice and enjoy all of it. I loved my order of Pork riblets with a side of sweet and spicy fish sauce. Pretty much spin the menu and point and you'll get something delicious. We mainly ate the meals and didn't have the boba so you're on your own with that. I'm definitely coming back there when I come through....
