Mariscos Costa Azul — Restaurant in Fresno

So we have came here before and had a good experiance with the server that had attended us and we came here again to have another good family time because we liked the service that we received and seens it’s mother’s day we figured let’s go onjoy were we feel comfortable and we requested the same server as before and ask the manager attending us politely that we want the same server that always sees us and she said she can’t because they all have there section And we said we are ok on changing tables to were he is serving and she said we can’t do that because he was more than half an hour late and she couldn’t allow him to serve us with an attitude and a tone not being happy for our request.. she said she is the manager and no one else can help us and she will not let him serve us because he was not being a good employee today.. in my point of view we had agree to move to his table or to wait for him to serve us and we didn’t mind the wait and it’s sad how she used the excuse of him being late so she does not want to let us be served by him as we requested she pretty much said Indirectly with her tone that she does not like him for being irresponsible employee and will not get no one. Seens she has brought our drinks she comes with her long face and it just makes it such a horrible time for us. Now we are finishing our drinks to go to another restaurant to be served correctly and not with a big attitude.. sad how they think they are managers we can’t complaint about them because they have the power to do as they want.. and you can’t say it’s busy because only 2 families are here.. us and another group why can’t they just let us have a good family time... hope this issue gets...

I have been to this specific location 2 times the first time they overcharged me for an order that cost $15 and they charged me $25. The second time I went with my family and they forgot to give my little brother his food. Their excuse was that they made the order to go and that someone took it. Great tasting, authentic Mexican food--especially, las molcajetes, salads, bean dip, chipotle salsas! My staff, my family, and I all relish every chance to eat their food. Table services are good, but can be tenuous at times. The atmosphere is good; but the chairs can a bit more comfortable. I think it would have been better with booths--a bit more cozy.
