Disappointed in the food and service. Have been here before and enjoyed it very much...even recommended it to many people. This time was another story. The waitress would disappear for long periods of time. We always had to search for her and then wave our arms and/or yell to get her attention. She never returned to our table on her own volition. Never checked to ask if we needed anything or ask if everything was ok. My $9.00 drink tasted like fruit punch. After flagging the waitress down to tell her I wasn't happy with my drink she matter of factly told me, "they measure out the alcohol so there is alcohol in your drink." She then turned around and walked away. After waiting too long to get the small salad (by salad I mean a bowl of lettuce with a few shreds of purple cabbage and carrots thrown in) that comes with dinner I couldn't taste any dressing. I'd requested the balsamic vinagerette. There was barely any in my salad. What was on it was all oil and had no flavor. After flagging down the waitress again this time to ask for more dressing she brought a little cup of dressing to me. I poured some on my salad only to realize it was all oil. There was no balsamic vinegar taste, smell etc. It was gross. Thus, I didn't have any salad as it just didn't seem worth the effort to have to sit and watch for the waitress again, then flag her down again and get an attitude again. I'm not the only person from our party of 8 who had problems. With all of that said my sister finally had enough and spoke to the manager who was a very nice woman. She did her best to make things right. She even surprised me by bringing me a new drink that tasted very good and worth the $9.00 it cost. She saved the night for us as we were there celebrating my sister's birthday. I'd give 4 stars but that waitress and done of the good wasn't good at all. I have three stars only because the manager...

Only 2 stars due to the waitress, She seemed overwhelmed a bit, but her friendly demeanor changed when I question why I was charged for 6 cream sodas, when it should of been 3, I states we just ed wanted a refill, she took the check back, and after 10 minutes came back with the 3 $4.95 glasses removed, however now there were 3 additional cream sodas ay $3.75 a pop, we again questioned it, asking why were we charged, Her reply is there is no free refills! Okay, that is fine but don't you think people should be aware of this, no where on any table display or in the menu did I see this, not only that, I told her she could of mentioned this fact we we asked for refills! She took the check back and said I will see if the manager wants to comp you for it! Now I'm not joking it took her another 15 minutes to return with the check, saying the 3 sodas were comped. I said thank you. Before I could get my credit card to hand her with the bill, she left, another 15 minutes of waiting for her to return, I even asked the buss boy about our bill if he could cash us out, he said he would get our waitress.. after returning it took another 10 minutes for my card and receipt to arrive.. with not as much as a thank you for coming or have a good night! Being this was a our first time here, it will probably be our last, almost a hour from the time we got our check until we actually walked out! The food is actually really good, the cream sodas I guess they are proud of but is just way to much syrup. And a glass a 6 ounce glass full of ice And for $3.75 to $4.95 if you want to keep the glass. Overall probably will not be back.. mainly due to...

I really hate giving these brutal reviews, usually I just don't give the business anymore of my business as opposed to saying mean things from behind anonymous screens. Sorry Spaghetti Factory, but you have lots of room for improvement. The only reason I ever go there is because there is some kind of function happening there that I couldn't bear to miss. I'm sorry to report that though the servers were personable we didn't see them enough, the place doesn't smell very clean, the food tasted like it came out of a jar and/or can (the Ceasars salad dressing looked and tasted like pure mayonnaise), and lastly though the wife and I agree the bartender is great at bartender-guest interactions, he needs to brush up on his mixing skills. Once again I am sorry that I have to give such a negative review, you have good people, but your wait staff could use a few more hands on deck, you need an at least a once a month deep cleaning, and lastly your recipes need an upgrade; if I'm buying pasta in a restaurant I want those flavors to really pop. Make me want to spend my money on pasta at your restaurant and not somewhere else or...

Flew in from Wyoming on business for a few days, where it's often hard to get great local food. This being said we wanted to spend our time here finding good restaurants to truly enjoy ourselves and The Old Spaghetti Factory really hit the nail on the head. This is my first time here, and I didn't expect the distinct and classy interior appearance. The parking lot was pretty full, but the wait time was only ten minutes, and the greeting host was friendly. Our service was very sweet, and helpful with the food selection. She was on top of drinks and checking in on us the entire time. We opted for Chicken fettuccine (with added shrimp), garlic spaghetti, and two appetizers; spinach and art dip, and cheese bread with dipping sauce. I cant remember the soup of the day, but it was delicious. All of the food was incredible, and the prices surprised me for the amount of food you get. I consider the locals lucky. Extremely affordable, large portions, incredible staff, and delicious food, along with an interestingly beautiful atmosphere. I would love to dine here more, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Our first visit, we enjoyed the Monday evening special as recommended by our server Liz: spaghetti and meatballs, 2 garden salads (or soups), baked sourdough bread, 2 glasses of house wine (or soft drinks) and 2 servings of vanilla ice cream (or spumoni) all for $25! I know, that's ALOT of food right?! We got to choose from several sauces, pasta types and wine, we even got to swap out some meatballs for an in-house Italian sausage! This was way more food than 2 people could eat. Liz mentioned that it was rare that diners could finish it. We took way more than half of it home. As good as all this food was, the ambiance too, the best part of our experience was our server Liz. She made the whole evening special. She was kind, patient, informative, had good suggestions and recommendations for us. She was genuinely interested in doing everything she could possibly do to insure we had a nice time there. Highly recommend Old Spaghetti Factory and requesting Liz to make your experience extra special!

While my husband and I have enjoyed dining inside at OSF in the past with it's fun vintage style decor and unique furniture, with Covid-19 on the rise, we ordered food to go the last time we visited. One of our favorite dishes to order is the Spinach Tortellini, which is always delicious. This time, we decided to try something new. We ordered the Crab Ravioli and paired that with the Marinara Spaghetti to share between us for a nice variety of complimentary dishes. The Crab Ravioli was nicely flavored and definitely contained crab in it and not too many fillers. The Marinara had a nice smooth flavor that didn't upset my stomach like some red sauces can. Our dinners also came with a nice sized loaf of sourdough bread as well as a salad and Spumoni ice cream. Orders are easily taken over the phone. Curbside pickup is available with designated parking spaces behind the restaurant. We felt comfortable getting our food to go. We will be back soon!
