McDonald's — Restaurant in Fresno

Awful Service. This McD's had Google erase the review I did a year ago. But nothing has changed. I only went there again because I had a 2 for 1 meal coupon, because only then is it close to worth it. First, I give my coupon to the cashier. She examines it like I'm she's border official and I'm a Saudi Arabian citizen trying to vacation in the U.S. Okay, after my coupon is cleared by security I order. It goes okay. Food not so good. Two weeks later I go in again, same 2 for 1. It's a manager this time,she still examines the coupon with intensity of border patrol agent and it's dumb, but whatever. The manager has the charm of a DMV worker about ready to retire. I feel like my name is "Coupon user #128". Not that I need to feel special, but you expect managers to not look like they're praying for the lottery as they take your order. Overall, this place is as pleasant as Saturday morning at the DMV on Olive Avenue. It's bit like feeling your on an assembly line. I would go through drive thru but this McDonald's has THEE WORST drive thru at a McDonald's I've ever seen. I've had one cashier hand back my change and run off before I grasped it and let my $10 bill go flying off to the wind without even a sorry. I've had drive-thru people literally almost shove the bag at me as if telling me to get lost. I've had drive thru people get the number of jellies I requested wrong and then give me an attitude when I asked them to correct it. I've had a manage give me stale fries that tasted like they'd been sitting for 12 hours. And then she tried to blame it on the oil used. So at this point I refuse to take chances at drive thru. McDonald's never has that good of service and everyone knows the food is about impulse buying and cheap. Most people feel that rock in their stomach after ingesting a burger or fries or that after taste of plasticy substance after a desert. So everyone knows it's not the great culinary that keeps us coming back. But if the service suck you walk away with a bad taste in your mouth before you even...

You'd expect your food to be hot when you have to wait 6 minutes for it after driving through the drive through...Nope. It seems like the service here has gone down. I've been coming to this McDonalds for the last 3 years and yikes! I must have gotten the crappy crew today because the service sucked. First, theres this black guy who never takes my order right and I have to explain it to him 3 times every time I get him. He sucks, he should be working inside register not drive through. Then the lady who takes my money doesnt repeat my order just tells me my total and continues taking the next order in the drive through while finishing my transaction. I pull up to the next window they tell me I have to wait for my hotcakes, ok no problem, but I wait 6 minutes only for the lady who brings out my food to give it to the wrong car. She goes back to the car and gets my food and gives it to me. I live a block away and my food was cold! Whats going on McDonalds? Theres people who work there that enjoy like Leann but some of the people there dont even put in the effort. I come here 2 to 3 times a week and Ive just noticed the poor...

Usually good as far as a McDonald's goes. I'm only giving 3 stars because a few reasons. They forget straws They forget condiments when you ask for them I've gotten kids meals then when I get to my destination I find they forgot the milk, or one of the sides (apple slices, or gogurt).

Update: 06/18/2019 Over the last year I have had to drive back 12 times to get food items they have left out. This excludes the few times that i noticed while on the road decided i didn't have time to make a return trip. **I suggest to everyone before you pull away from the food window no matter the size of your order to check to ensure you have everything, including straws, sauces, and non combo food items like parfait or extra drink. TLDR. they are unable to get your order correct so much just assume they will mess it up so check your stuff before you pull away from the window.
