Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fresno

My family and I have been customers at Taco Bell sense I was a child and even through the changes some bad some good, I've continued to come to taco bell with my own family. Tough it's no longer the cheap option I continued to eat at taco bell, for me and for my family, because there food was still pretty good. But, at least at this location, it's been one issue after another lately. With either incorrect food, messing up add ons (that cost extra), poor food quality, rude service, and now finally completely not getting my order! I placed an order online and they refused to help me, the girl wouldn't place the order nor would she give a refund. Her response was "Well it's not a big deal, if the food isn't picked up it will just drop off at midnight." Well.. No they didn't. My account was still charged and we received no food. I've tried reaching out to taco bell about this matter and have received no input so far. I will give them a little longer before just going to my bank to tell them to reverse the transaction. I will no longer shop at this location and depending on how this matter is handled.. Considering not buying taco bell period. Truly...

My partners and I ordered in, waited till we got the notification that it was done, and when i tried to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. I showed the order details with the correct date, time, location, and what my order was, and the response only was "There's no name." I told him the name several times, but just kept getting , there's no name. Wrong location? I don't have it." A lady came to help and she saw all the information, also said "No name?" (Taco bell doesn't show the name in order details, but I was telling her what it was) and just shrugged and said "Well i don't know. We don't have it." Finally, the guy from the drive thru window who was definitely younger than them, had to be more mature and ask for the name, then said "guys. Its right here the whole time." Apologized, and gave me my order. Why be so rude? I was trying to just pick up my order politely and had all the information. Why did the drive thru person have to be the one to actually LOOK for my order instead of the two up front just looking for a second ? Give him a raise tbh. I think the lady was the manager? She should make HIM...

If you like to sit down in a restaurant either with family, friends, or even by yourself, and have all the amenities you'd expect to have at a fast food restaurant available to you at your convenience. Steer clear away from this location.

If you prefer a clean dining area with mopped floors and wiped-down seats and tables, this place will shock and disgust you.

If you prefer attentive staff that talk to you in a non-sarcastic and not annoyed by your very existence in their establishment, who won't stare at you standing open-mouthed as you wait for your drink cups and do nothing about it, don't go here.

I'll be honest, even the lids, straws, and napkins were nearly empty or entirely empty. The place was a mess, the staff were aloof. This was the worst Taco Bell I have ever stood foot in. I wouldn't give this place the time of day if I had the choice, but I must warn others. Do not go to this Taco Bell. It is unsanitary...
