My complaint is specifically for one manager, who yelled at my daughter (12) because she went back inside to ask for ketchup, the manager an Indian lady who had gave us our food & drinks at the window, comes out yelling at my daughter & not wanting to give her ketchup, another employee stepped in apologized to my daughter & was about to give her ketchups, then the manager yelled at the employee. Another customer that was eating said to the manager, she just wants ketchup & finally gave her the ketchup but my daughter came out crying, when I went back inside to address that manager (the Indian lady) another manager came out to apologize on her behalf & to my daughter. I was so livid she couldn’t even apologize to her face herself !! Can tell at a child but cannot come out and apologize for being wrong. Because you were wrong & she is a terrible manager not wanting to give some ketchup when we ordered 3 hash brown with ketchup!! I really hope the owners take this into consideration that management is supposed to be there to help paying customers & not yell at children. Read moreWaited 30 minutes at the curbside pickup, tried calling 3 times, about 5 minutes of ringing each time until they clicked on me each time. So I went to the door and asked what is going on with my order, they ignored me. Luckily someone else parked next to me that came from the drive thru and had to wait on there order. When someone came out to give them there order, I asked what is going on with my order I been waiting in curbside pickup for 30 minutes, she just said wait someone will bring it out and then she left to her car to go home. Waited another 5 minutes nothing, called again and they didnt pickup. Luckily another drive thru car parked next to me to get part of there order. So the manager came out this time to bring there order and then I asked her what is going on with my order I been waiting for more than half an hour at curbside. She told me they only do curbside till 9pm, I told her the app says till 10:59pm. She said the app is wrong and if I want complain to a manager. I told her why didnt they answer the phone or come out to tell me or bring it out to me when I parked in front of the door? She said they cant come out after a certain time. LOL. Read moreUpdate: staff seems to dislike their jobs. Each time I've interacted with this restaurant I There has been an issue with my order. Today I used my rewards to get a large iced coffee. Entering the restaurant and trying to redeem the QR code I was informed they didn't have iced coffee. After speaking with the staff and feeling they were unable to answer my questions I asked to speak with the manager who was also unable to answer my questions, and debated with me the way to replace the item. After some back and forth she realizes her staff was wrong and she didn't in fact have iced coffee. All the frustration for nothing. The staff would be the experts in how to address the situation not me, but they seemed completely unaware of the rules or the steps to properly address what seems like a very common situation.
