This McDonald has the worst customer service, I went there and ordered some food and asked them for my to be fresh well they gave me burned food that seemed food that had been sitting in their trays for hours. Well They made my order again supposedly fresh well I was an idiot to trust them without checking my food again and went home by the time I was home I saw The meat of all the burgers burned and the fries looked brown and weren’t fresh at all. Well of course I went back to McDonald’s and ask for a refund But it seems like they don’t know how to handle their customers that I had to spoke to three different managers well the last manager was acting very rude she gave my money back incomplete and I told her why she’s like for the extra sauce on the burger well I brought her everything back but she just didn’t wanted to give me my money back that she kept on arguing with me ! I asked for her supervisor number and she didn’t wanted to give to me that someone else did gave it to me . Well after that I tried to spoke with her supervisor and guess what she was ignoring my calls because after calling her like 5 or 6 times she send me a message saying can I call back later, I wrote her a message back saying I was customer that wasn’t treated very nice at one at her McDonalds but it’s been several days and I haven’t heard from her , seems like she doesn’t care either. It’s a shame that people like them are in charge to handle...
Read moreSo I only go here for the tea, & occasionally I'll grab a bite. Despite the simplify of my orders, it is often incorrect. I order unsweetened tea. Now explain how it is that 90% of the time I place this order for 2 unsweetened teas so I get home to find out it's sweet. My husband orders a filet-o-fish only to find the fish glued to the bread with cheese, but only to 1/2 of the bread. The other 1/2 is just hanging over the edge. To make matters worse, the sandwich has a whole jar of tartar sauce on it. Now for my biggest gripe. Why is it that the fast food industry just received this big pay raise to $20 per hour that now they don't even want to continue working? This particular McDonald's has a sign @ the register indicating that they are no longer taking orders "in human", (my new phrase to replace in person"), & requires you to use the kiosk. It took 15 minutes on my last visit for me to receive 2 iced teas, & it was still wrong. There was a long line in the drive thru, but not a single person inside. Back with customer service was actually customer service, walk-in customers had precedence to drive...
Read moreOrdered a sweet tea no ice. I then asked for a small cup so I could add the ice myself. Apparently it was too hard to read the sticker because there was ice in my tea. When I told the girl with the silver chain around her neck "just give me another cup I'll pour the tea in and you can top it off, no big deal" so she gives me the cup and I proceed to do as I said. Well apparently because I now had 2 large cups there was a problem because she was gonna have to charge me. So I told her I wasn't the one who made the mistake and she could have the cup back if it was a problem. So I see her walk over to her manager and portray the whole situation like it was my fault instead of making the moment right. Fast food places are not the place for all young kids to get their start. They should first start by learning what customer is. Wish I caught her name but she didn't have a name tag it's probably where her good...
