I called ahead to pick up an order to go and asked if I could have my drink brought out to me and pay over the phone because I have a newborn asleep in my car. The girl who answered the phone had to ask her coworker if any of that was ok. They said they don’t have the capability to key in card numbers— any store can do that. I then asked if they could just take my card— again no. I still went despite the phone call. I brought my sleeping baby into the store, paid and asked if it could please be brought out to me, all while i’m wearing a mask. The girl who seemed like the more in charge hesitated and finally just said ok. She made it seem like I was asking for the hardest thing ever. I met a worker I think her name was Megan, she had braided piggy tails and has a very sweet voice, I thought she was really nice. This visit I tried a South African herbal tea, Vanilla Rooibos - sweet with Oak milk. Delicious! A heads-up to the Plant-based, and non-dairy drinkers. There is a $.75 up charge for oat milk. Personally, I think this is ridiculous to charge someone after you’ve asked if you’d like cream or sweetener in your tea. And furthermore $.75 for 2 tablespoons of oat milk is outrageous. Other than that little spat I still love Teazers and...
