McDonald's — Restaurant in Fresno

I absolutely hate this mcdonalds! They NEVER have orders right! Ive gone here on 3 different occasions(months apart becausr i try to give them anither chance since the always have messed up my orders) and each time ive had to go back for them to fix something or refund me. This location is right behind my apartments and instead I drive to another location 4 main streets away so that my order is correct. One time my husband came home with their new carmel macchiato and both of the large cup were only filled half way... (He went throught drive through) How do you hand someone a cup half way filled? They have to lid the cup so I dont understand how they still gave that to us? I went back and they gave me new ones filled to the top, but the hot macchiato was COLD! So I AGAIN walked back in and left it to the manager and walked out becausr I was so upset they couldnt get it right. Now tonight I ordered a mcdouble with NO ONION and of course as I bite into it, YES, there was opinions. Their label said no onions on it as well... Train your dumb employees right and make sure they make it right. I cant imagine these idiots having an important job that requires them to follow directions correctly... But thats probably why they work where they work. Dont bother going here unless you want to have to correct your order. Oh and their reviews or feedback on the mcdonalds site is never helpful. Ive complained and never once recieved a call back. Dobt bother going here. Drive up to any other...

The drive through was busy. We were on a trip and our toddler wanted a happy meal. Our other daughter (2months old) starts crying. I decide to get out since we are stuck in the line and it is moving very slowly. Since I can not hold my baby without her being in a car seat in the car, I decide to walk around the grassy area. This was not a great part of town so I stood near my husband who is driving. we talked, he would hand me my coffee, and even kissed and played with our baby, as he drove slowly through the line. Once he was at the pay area I walked to the front of the store. I then saw a women in a McDonalds uniform looking around she asked me was I just in the grassy area, I said yes that was me . She told me I needed to stop begging and asking people for money and I needed to leave. I told her oh God no that wasnt me I tried to explain my daughter was crying she cut me off and just told me to leave. My husband pulled up and I told her see this is my husband. She just walked back into the store. I have personal never felt so humiliated degraded! My husband walked inside she said two different cars said I was asking for money. There is no way this could be true what so ever. I hope there is security cameras and someone who is willing to look it over! I've never been told to leave anywhere in my life! I obviously will never eat at this...

I have been going to this McDonald's for several years. Up until recently I have had great experiences. Lately however I noticed the night staff is a bit slower and frequently gets the order wrong. The worst part is this location is advertised as a 24 hour McDonalds however twice this week I have goon in the late night / early morning times only to find them closed. The drive through blocked off so they could "clean" this wouldn't be an issue if while the drive through is closed the dine in is open. They have done this in the past but both times these week both were closed and the guy "cleaning" was sitting outside on his phone with the water hose flowing. I sat outside for about thirty minutes. In the hopes that they'd open up. But nothing I walked up to the door and tried to speak with one of the employees but she just shook her head no. It would've been nice to be able to speak to someone to see when they will be reopening or if there was a sign or modified hours on the door. Anyways 4 stars because it is clean on the inside the staff is friendly even when they mess up an order they are happy to fix it. As for quality they do...
