KFC — Restaurant in Fresno

This is one of the most dysfunctional KFC Eateries in Fresno. These young people lack the skill on how to give good customer service. They all seem to have an attitude, and it takes these people almost 20 minutes to place 3 pieces of chicken in a box and prepare you a drink. Totally ridiculous. Every time I order here , my order comes out wrong.

This KFC needs better management, and more courteous employees. When people come to order they don't want attitude and disrespect, because ill mannerism turns the stomach, and causes one to lose their appetite and trust in the people preparing their meals. Don't think I'll be going back to this location anytime soon. Slimy chicken, half-cooked with no flavor. My son (adult) and his cousin a minor who has a disability we planning to get something to eat here they have been walking alone the Canal so they were probably thirsty, his cousin asked for a cup of water and he was denied.. I’m very disappointed with people who are so inconsiderate what is the harm in giving anyone let alone a person with a disability who is clearly thirsty a cup of water shame on you! Honestly, I don’t understand what the service industry has come to. I came to this establishment at about 920 mind you there was nobody in the drive-through. It was empty. These people still managed to mess up my order and all I order was one combo and a side of biscuits, I got the wrong soda cool whatever I don’t even drink fountain drinks anyway my fries were cold. My biscuit was extra crunchy.
