Me-n-Ed's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Fresno

My family and I are "Me And eds" Lovers, So when we were in Fresno my boyfriend and I googled this place and seen good reviews so we thought what the heck go try... WORST PLACE TO EAT EVER! As soon as I walked in I literally kept telling myself to get the f* out of that s* hole but nope I learned the hard way. So we approached the cashier young Hispanic Asian looking kid. She says Nothing no greet nothing . So we are like ok and choose what we wanted . As we sat down we didn't even receive our beer until 15 mins later after waving down one of the workers and as we sat at the bar I look around and omg inside is so disgusting dirty tables the kitchen was a mess and filthy that place needs tore down it has nothing going for it. I had just gotten over a illness and was starving so I just ate one piece but I didn't even enjoy it bc the atmosphere was so bad.. Then one of the employees puts a war movie on super graphic!! Like where's the sports channel maybe???? Then I decided to get the hell outta there and I go to the restroom BOTH RESTROOMS TORE UP TOILET PAPER ON THE GROUND MIRRORS TAGGED UP TOILETS PLUGGED OMG!! AS SOMEONE WHOS BEEN IN MANAGMENT FOR OVER 8 YEARS MY THOUGHTE ON THAT PLACE CLOSE IT DOWN HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT ! RIDICULOUS! SUCH AN EMBARRASSMENT FOR ME AND EDS LOGO TO BE DISPLAYED...

Ordered a Calazone time was 4:26 pm when I ordered. I was told 45 min to an hour. Completely Understandable even for being only a 2 min drive away. Called at 5:40 to see if the driver is lost. I was told he’s right around the corner. It is now 6:11pm I called to cancel my order. Didn’t get a hey sorry about that we’ll throw in a free drink or hey we’re going to cut 2 bucks off your order. I just got told okay and let go like a bad ex out of a relationship....who is in charge over there. So instead of keeping the sale and only loosing 2 bucks not to mention keeping a customer that has been ordering for years....yes years my work is literally about a 2 minute drive away. Now you’ve got to try to sale a calazone and you lost a faithful customer cause what ever manager doesn’t have enough common sense to say hey we took almost 40 min longer than we said we would be let’s give him 2 bucks off and keep the sale. It’s not about the money it’s only two bucks it’s about the Principle. First off, positive: Pizza was good, these guys usually can cook a good pizza. Negative: the delivery drivers are sometimes, very lazy. Not all the time, but sometimes. Like last night, delivery guy calls me to tell me the gate to the apartment complex is closed an he can't get in. People are usually in an out apartment complex all day an night, he wouldn't of had to wait very long. Though, okay fine I walk over there, took me 2 - 3 minutes to get there. An when get there two cars are coming in, the gates wide open an this guys just standing out side his car, pizza on the top of his car an I'm like "What the f-....?! Gates open what're you doing?!" He's like "Oh it just opened." It's irritating, that people refuse to solve problems or do the bare minimum during the job because ... reasons. He could of called an ask for an alternative way in, an there was one. An easier way. In conclusion, pizza is good, but from now on I'll just pick it up myself. You want something done right you gotta do it yourself. Or just go to little Cesar's, would of been way cheaper an just as good. ...
