This is by the worst customer service Iâve ever received from a food service company. They definitely do not value their customers and clearly only concern is to make a profit. My first encounter with them, a big portion of my order wasnât on my bag, I called the food in for pick up of course. I live 30 minutes away from the establishment. 20 minutes in to my ride home someone called me and told me that they forgot to give me all my food. So I turn around drive back another 20 minutes to pick up my food it was only offered in alcoholic beverage. I made the manager aware that I do not drink alcohol and he stated to me thatâs all he can offer. Neither did they give me fresh crawfish. They only offered me the cold crawfish that I ordered approximately an hour before they mistakenly left it out of my bag. Second encounter, I ordered delivery off of their website. Long story short my food was given to a third-party thatâs clearly spam. I spent $50 in food purchase and then was told that there was nothing they could do to accommodate me for the food being given to a third-party that once food is handed over to them itâs out of their hands. The manager also stated that he canât âjust give away free foodâ as if I didnât pay for food that was never received. You partnered with this bogus company but somehow I have to take the loss. So please do not order from here on their website for delivery you will never get your food and definitely check your bag when ordering pick up or else you will be turning around to pick up your food they mistakenly forgot.    Read moreI went last Thursday for lunch, two days after opening. I think it has a lot of potential, but needs to work out some issues. First, you order and pay before you get your food. I'm not a fan of this because I dont want to have to go pay for more drinks after I've sat down, I like to pay all at once at the end. They have no fountain drinks or iced tea, only bottled drinks. They tell you they'll call your name when your food is ready. My food was set on the counter by the kitchen staff and sat there for over 5 minutes and I watched 3 employees walk by it several times. My name was not called. I had to go up there and ask someone if that was my food. I then had to ask for silverware (I was given plastic packaged utensils) and cocktail sauce. My food was not given to me on a tray, so I had to carry it back to the table and balance it not to drop it. There are no condiments or anything on the tables, just a roll of paper towels. No one ever checked on me after I sat down to eat to see if I needed anything. The food was OK. My fried shrimp was over cooked and chewy. I think it's because it had a very thick cornmeal batter and they were making sure it was cooked thru. The cocktail sauce just tasted like ketchup. The fried rice was good. The gumbo was good. It was loaded with sausage, shrimp, crawfish, and crab claws. It was very spicy but kinda watery. Gumbo should be thick. It was served like in my picture.    Read moreAs a loyal customer who orders from Mike's Seafood Rosharon at least twice weekly (both delivery and pickup), I'm extremely disappointed by my recent experience with their customer service. While their food is consistently amazing, my attempt to place an online order today was met with frustrating customer service. When I called for help because the payment button on their website kept refreshing without processing my order, I was treated poorly. The first employee couldn't help and when I asked to speak with someone else, the second employee immediately dismissed me, claiming they weren't responsible for the website. When I requested assistance navigating the ordering process, she claimed to have tried it herself (in less than 20 seconds without asking about my specific issue) and then hung up on me. Upon calling back, the original employee still couldn't assist me, provided incorrect information, and couldn't even offer his manager's contact information. Most unprofessionally, he began laughing at my frustration instead of listening to my concerns. It's disappointing that a restaurant with such excellent food would treat a frequent, loyal customer with such disregard. I hope management (Josh) addresses these customer service issues.
