In the bustling streets of our city lies a hidden gem for food enthusiasts, a market that has mastered the art of the chopped cheese sandwich. While it’s a pick-up only spot, the experience is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you place your order, either online or over the phone, you’re met with a sense of anticipation. The process is seamless and efficient, reflecting the professionalism and dedication of a small business owner. When you arrive to pick up your order, you’re often greeted by the comforting and tantalizing aroma of freshly prepared sandwiches, a prelude to the delightful experience that awaits. The chopped cheese sandwich here is a masterpiece. The beef is impeccably seasoned and cooked to a tender, juicy perfection, harmoniously melding with the rich, melted cheese. The fresh lettuce and ripe tomatoes add a refreshing crispness, while the onions provide a subtle sharpness, all encased in a soft roll that’s just the right amount of crusty. Every element of the sandwich showcases the commitment to quality and flavor. What’s particularly impressive about this market is the consistency of their food. Every visit guarantees the same high standard, a testament to their commitment to excellence. Even without a dine-in option, the quality of the sandwich makes each trip worthwhile. To sum up, this market is a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional chopped cheese sandwich. It’s a perfect example of how a simple dish, when made with passion and precision, can transform into something extraordinary. A true culinary highlight, it’s a testament to the delights that await in the most unassuming places.

Neat concept and I'm rooting for them! This restaurant you have to install their app to order. He seems to do giveaways for promotions which is cool and had me try the sandwich 2 days in a row. My first day the sandwich was good. A bit small but the flavor was good. I did the chop smoke. I added the peppers and it was okay. Again small but tasty. They don't sell fries or chips so it's primarily for the sandwich. You drive up and they bring it out. It's hard to find but they come out quickly. Not sure how crazy it can get if they are busy as the street is tight. The 2nd time I went it was due to an advertisement text for giveaways lol. They were doing the 2 for 20. I tried to be of the first customers like a dummy and ended buying a sandwich at 10:30 in the morning. The 2nd round with the sandwich didn't have as much meat and was dry as some of the reviews say. I did the chop smoke versus the classic. I think I prefer the classic overall. It's unique enough that I would say to try it. The flavor is good enough to say okay. It's a taste of back East and a little something different for Fresno. Keep going My Guy Market. I'm sure he'll move to a better location and it's to the sky from there.

There's a fantastic spot in downtown Fresno called My Guy Market, and let me tell you, it's a unique experience. It seems like a ghost kitchen, where you order through the app for pickup or use services like DoorDash. Personally, I prefer calling in my order. Now, let me talk about the sandwich—it's truly unforgettable. Picture this: a sandwich nestled between two slices of soft sub white bread, with a massive rib bone protruding from it. It might sound odd, but trust me, it's delicious and incredibly filling. Yes, it's a bit pricey at $25, but once you taste it, you'll understand why. It's not something you'd have every day, but it's definitely worth trying with friends. Their classic chop cheese, priced at about $10, is also a must-try. I always make sure to get that when I visit. I've heard great things about their breakfast items as well, although I haven't had the chance to try them yet. The concept is so cool, and everyone working there is incredibly friendly. Considering there aren't any other chopped cheese places in Fresno, My Guy Market is truly doing an exceptional job. I highly recommend checking them out.
