Plaza Motel — Hotel in Fresno

This place is the worst place anyone could ever stay. The staff were completely rude, and even went as far as calling my wife a prostitute, of which the hotel seemed to be full of in the first place. We got out room and the minute we opened the door the smell of putrid urine,feces, and vomit hit us in the face. The walls are completely covered in graffiti along with various other unsightly and unidentifiable stains. The floor was stained and looked as though it had not seen a vacuum or a broom in about a year. The sink in the bathroom was disconnected from the wall, there was feces on the bathroom walls and roaches seemed to be throwing a house party. If all this wasn't bad enough, we pulled back the sheets on the bed and much to our dismay we found used condoms and anal lubricant. We brought this to the attention of the person at the counter and asked for a new room and were promptly denied, refund again denied, and even cleaning supplies so that we might remedy our problem. Guess what.......DENIED. If all this wasn't bad enough, the only channel that worked on the tv was Porn. Someone had ripped the smoke detector off the wall and left the exposed cut wires hanging. When we touched the bed, all the lights in the room went off and the bulbs blew. New bulbs........denied. This place needs to be condemned, burnt to the ground, and the ground sanitized with a chemical steam. It is the most tragic excuse for any kind of establishment I have ever seen. If I can give this motel a ZERO I will. My night there was a nightmare! After spending couple hours there we had to leave! There was bug and cockroaches in the bathroom and room. Pillow cover had stain so I took it to the office dude didn't want to exchange me a new one. Bed sheet had stain and smell awful. TV station there sucks and it had XXX channel so I made very sure my daughter didn't turn the tv on. I went to the office like 4 different times to ask for tv remote to let them know about the bug couldn't change room to change pillow sheet and then bed sheet when I couldn't get nothing change for new ones we decided to pack up and leave after being there for 2 hours! Thus is the worst hotel i have ever seen. Graffiti all over inside. Broken doors inside. Everything was filthy. The furniture was so dirty it was sticky. Carpet was dirty so dirty it was black. Smoke detectors yanked out of the wall. We literally went and bought bleach, Clorox wipes and rubber gloves. we put our own blankets over the chairs to sit down., Lysol spray too. Didn't sleep afraid the bugs would carry us away. I literally poured bleach all over the bathroom before I even went in there. This hotel should be condemned by the city of Fresno.
