Ordered a chimichanga with shredded beef. They didn't have it, so I ordered a wet burrito. I checked my order, and it was a regular burrito, I asked why they didn't do a wet burrito, and they couldn't answer my question like I was speaking a whole different language. They told me they would have to charge me more to fix it, which I didn't get why I had to pay more and they ended up talking to the person in charge. They got back to me and told me they would fix it. I pulled up to the window, and they just gave me the chili verde sauce. I didn't want to argue or get more upset at the situation and just took off. This is not acceptable at all. I paid for a wet burrito, and I didn't get what I ordered. I don't get why they couldn't do it if I paid exactly for what I ordered. My receipt even says a wet burrito.
This is so ridiculous and upsetting, I been going there for years and never had any issues with them and this just left a really bad taste in my mouth, I never talked rude to people who work in customer service as I myself work in customer service and this is not acceptable. I never been rude to them or raised my voice at them or argued with them, all I just asked why it was a regular burrito when I asked for a wet burrito and I just wanted them to fix it, people make mistakes and I understand but this is something that could have easily been fixed and I don't know why they simply...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just started school and had a break in between classes. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito. I went to the bathroom while it was being made and under one minute, maybe one minute tops it was already ready for me when I was finished using the restroom. That was at 12:50 PM. I got back to college for my other class and around 1:30 PM, Just thought I was full, but the symptoms kept getting worse. I was super nauseous. I had to keep moving around in my chair, feeling miserable. I had to leave my class 40 minutes early to go home and lay in bed with the most miserable nausea and stomach aching of my life. It didnāt end there because every hour on the hour I had to use the restroom and I was up all night using the restroom till 8 AM. So from 1 PM to 8 AM I was violently ill. I wish I never spent that almost $14 on a burrito that made me viciously sick for almost 24 hours. Save yourself if you donāt want to get food poisoning and do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I'm going to start by saying that Google incorrectly has this labeled as open for dine in, but I have to give them 5 stars. I was meeting a friend there for dinner, a little after 7pm, and as I approached the door, the lady (who may have been the manager) opened it and I asked if they were open for dine in. She hesitated a little, but said it was okay and fully opened the door. I could tell that they clearly weren't open because the chairs were up on the tables. But she proceeded to take my order and wiped down a table for us. I felt guilty, but she insisted it was okay. So we got to stay and eat. It was extremely generous and of course the burrito was delicious so a big thank you to the staff at this location and I hope to return again when they are...
