My son's switch wouldn't charge for about 2 years. Took it to another console repair shop here in clovis who wanted to ship it off with more money down and no guarantee. After a year of lagging, finally brought it to cyborg games.

Alex (the owner) answered the phone when I called and answered any questions I had. I always appreciate when owners are involved in their business. I like that the diagnosis fee was deducted from the over cost of repair. Dropped it off Saturday right before closing and it was ready Monday evening.

I took a switch in because it wasn't charging I was told they would contact me in 3 days which they didn't after 5 days I was told the problem it would be about 2 weeks and 100 dollars more with my 40 dollar deposit I was working out of town and contacted them several times after the game was fixed to let them know when I would pick it up.
