From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew my stay would be special. The stunning architecture and elegant decor set a perfect first impression, but it was the staff that truly made this hotel extraordinary.
I must give particular praise to Ruben at the front desk, whose attention to detail and warm personality made check-in feel like being welcomed home. When I mentioned it was my first time in the city, he took the time to create a personalized map of local attractions and restaurants, complete with insider tips that proved invaluable.
The concierge, Jaime, went above and beyond throughout my stay. Whether arranging last-minute dinner reservations at a supposedly fully-booked restaurant or organizing a private tour of local art galleries, his connections and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. He even remembered my coffee preference and had it ready each morning as I headed out for meetings.
The room itself was immaculate, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views. The bed was cloud-like, the bathroom spa-worthy, and the turndown service impeccable. The attention to small details - from the handwritten welcome note to the fresh flowers replaced daily - elevated the experience from excellent to exceptional.
The rooftop restaurant deserves special mention, offering innovative cuisine paired with panoramic views. The breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh, with options to satisfy any palate.

ย ย ย Read moreI DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone with illusions of having a hot shower or having any hot water to speak of. If you do book a room, I strongly suggest you check the hot water immediately upon entering and call the front desk to ask them to turn ON the water heater, or you will be forced to take a tepid/cold shower the next morning. Our room was small for a double, the coffee maker leaked all over the counter and did I mention NO HOT Water? We have a special needs adult son who needs a bath in the morning and after letting the hot water run for 20+ minutes (with only a slight tepid change in temperature) I called the front desk. The manager acted like that was impossible that our room did not have hot water, said he would check, I hung up after 5 min. realizing he had disconnected me. He shows up at our door, ran the hot water in the tub and said: "There's hot water coming out now, you just have to let it run for awhile." Really? 20 mins isn't enough time? My husband promptly corrected him and said "No, this is tepid - luke-warm, not hot and we have let it run for more than 20 min." To that the manager answered that they keep the temp down because they don't want to guests to BURN themselves if it gets too hot. He said he would "turn up the temp", but we answered no need, as we did not have time to wait another 30 mins for a shower and be on time for our 9am function. I won't stay...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a night 3 months ago and we're so disappointed because the workers were so rude and disrespectful. As you can see on the website it says "free WiFi'' but they only have the WiFi in there main office. They had to transfer us to a different room because they don't have a WiFi in that room and the cable for the TV was cut. So they transferred us to a new room and still no WiFi and the fridge was so dirty and smelly but the TV works. We called the main office about the WiFi and she said that we can go to the office to use the WiFi and my husband was so pissed off so do I because it was late and we have to get up early because he had a job interview in the very next day. In the morning, i called the main office at 10 am and asked if they can unlocked the gate for the pool because i want to use it then the woman said ''ok i"ll be there in a minute'' and so I've waited for almost 20 minutes and the gate was still locked. I called again and that time she picked up the phone and hang up on me many times then she finally answered it but she was angry. They tired to give us a voucher because we complain about it but there is no way that i will go back...
