Boba Pub — Restaurant in Fresno

This used to be my favorite boba place in Fresno.. and since it opens til late, even better!!! I am a regular customer here, BUT i will never ever return here ever again after my last experience!! I'm tired of yall messing up my drinks. On 8/13, I ordered 2 Mango green tea regular sweet! There was NO sweetener or whatsoever when I literally asked for REGULAR/100% sweet!! & this is not even the first time!! This is multiple times already !! The experience before this was also the same! Half of the drinks I ordered wasn't even sweet at all & i didn't even know until i got home when my family tried it! I did took a break and haven't been coming here lately, but like i mentioned, since this place opens til late, me and my sil wanted to give it one last try!! But super big mistake and waste of money!! SOO SOO disappointed !! It's like these workers just doesn't care or pay attention! I understand we all make mistakes, but not when you're constantly making the same mistakes. We are paying customers! we should at least get what we ordered and paid for !! I don't know how many time I have to go home and add my own syrup/sweetener to the drink just so i don't waste it. There are other times the workers have to remake the drink/add sweetener to it.. and instead of taking accountable for their mistake, they just shift the blame to each other. & i try to be as polite as possible when i come back!! Should've stopped supporting a long time ago after the first few mistakes 😒🤦‍♀️ Please train your workers better and held them...

Boba Pub is such an incredible spot! My family and I stopped here for drinks after Fresno Hmong New Year and had an excellent experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us so warmly and made us feel right at home. They took the time to walk us through their menu, offered samples, and even chatted with us about a Thai restaurant their family member recently opened.

We all absolutely loved our drinks! While they’re definitely on the sweeter side, I appreciated that you can customize your sweetness level. The menu is huge, with tons of options and customizations, which was a little overwhelming at first, but the cashier was super helpful. I went with their recommendation: a vanilla bean frappe with Oreo and black boba pearls at 50% sweetness. It was still quite sweet, but so delicious—I highly recommend it!

We also tried their filled churros and dumplings, and both were fantastic. The churros had a perfect crunch with a gooey filling, and the dumplings were flavorful and satisfying.

The prices are very fair considering the quality of the drinks, food, and service—not to mention the beautiful and cozy atmosphere. Boba Pub is an amazing spot, and I’ll definitely be back the next time...

A local family owned and operated business that is Friendly, clean, colorful, and most of all delicious place to have a fresh ice cold Boba. The owner of this “Pub” is very nice and friendly always caring about his product. This place has a Very interesting and colorful decor. You can Also get yourself some desserts, such as brownies and macaroons.

As far as the boba, they have a Lot of great originals and classic flavors to choose from. With tons of toppings.

Bonus points! If you’re hungry… check out right next-door to them as they also on a fantastic chicken sandwich place called Chick’N Bros.

After I got my Boba, I just walked next store and ordered a couple chicken sliders, not knowing that they just opened this new spot. I got to say that those chicken sliders really hit the spot.

I’m pretty picky about my Boba And my chicken sandwiches, it’s quite amazing that this family managed to knock it out of the park with both of these.
