I usually get pretty good service here through the drive thru but this particular incident has turn me away from ever visiting this location. I made a mobile order at this location but when I went to pick it up, the drive thru window was super long so I decided to go in and grab my drink. I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes making eye contact with several of the baristas and not one of them acknowledge my presence or even ask me what I needed. 2 older Caucasian couple walked in behind me and were immediately acknowledged and got their orders rung up and started. After that I flagged one of the barista, told her none of them have acknowledge my presence even after making eye contact but that I just needed to pick up my mobile order. She asked for my name, went back and checked the counters and came back to tell me that my drink was made and was sitting for a bit on the pick up counter and then got tossed and then proceeded to ask IF I still wanted my drink! The whole point of ordering was to get a drink! She told me it's gonna take another 5 minutes to make my drink again. In total from ordering to actually walking out with a drink in hand took 45 minutes which defeats the whole purpose of mobile ordering! I work in customer service and this is the worst customer service I have witnessed and been subjected to. I will not be returning to this location and I have also made a formal complaint...
Read moreI have been a long time customer of Starbucks and even worked at Starbucks for 7 years back in the day. This morning I bought my usual drink before driving 2 hours to get to a work meeting. After drinking my coffee and driving for that long, I needed to use the bathroom and get some water. Of course my go to is [was] always Starbucks. However, this location told me I couldn't have water unless I bought something. I told them I already bought my coffee from Starbucks this morning and just need some water. They insisted their policy is you have to buy from their store. I worked for Starbucks a long time and had never heard of such a policy, so I questioned it. Tey said it is a new policy. STARBUCKS you have strayed away from the great service you were about when I worked for you. Terrible policy and nothing against the employees but shame on you Starbucks. This is the push I needed to find a new coffee spot. Heard a lot of good things about Dutch Brothers but hadn't tried it because I was faithful to Starbucks. The high cost of coffee was worth the great service, but the service has gotten worse over the years and now has hit rock bottom. Giving your customers water is a very low bar and you have dropped the bar completely with this one....
Read moreI have bought the mystery cups from the location. I would like to return it due to the color is being duplicate with what I already had and the customer service refused to try the cups before selling it. The lady (customer service) up front rejected my return due to I have put the ice outside of the cup to test the color at home. She called that was “used item”. The straw was still in seal bag and the cup was never touch anyone’s lip. She was tried so hard being difficult and not let me to return the item. She said this is the store policy that I can’t not return an used item. I end up telling her I’ll reach out for help with consumer affair, she said go ahead. I’ll never buy anything from Starbucks again. And I will definitely reach consumer affair for help, although is only $9, I’ll still need to file the case due to I strongly feel been treat disrepectfully by Starbucks policy and I felt this policy is scamming the consumer and force people to keep something they don’t want. I’m not going to...
