Went there after seeing their flyer at aerozone...worst decision...their customer service sucks and on top of everything there was a huge cocaroach under the table ....tried to get our money back and they refused! I wont eat there...and I dont recommend it

RESPONSE; You guys are lucky I did not call the health department on you guys but it was actually me that over seen that. From your post I wish you guys had the same energy from your post that you did actual experience. I should have taken the picture since it seems your facility where you are operating through is family own and we feel for you guys. Yeah, it was the first straw about the ID about alcohol but when you see a party full of adults and children you cannot even sell us soda because we didn't have ID for our DEBIT card and not CREDIT, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Without a doubt the juciest, crunchiest and most flavorful wings i have had at a pizza joint. The pizza was good. The beer selection isn't bad. The fries were good. Service was awesome. Family friendly environment. 3 tv's. Arcade games are a littke older but the kids didn't mind at all. Craft beer posters on tge wall. While i was here they had a steal the glass special for a madera brewery. Alway nice to see local businesses support each other. Stop in and check them out. And really i cannot recomend the chicken wings enough. Do yourself a favor...

Only leaving one star because it requires you to. I found a hair baked in the cheese of my pizza which my dad thought could be a facial hair but regardless it was a human hair (definitely don't want to think about what body part the hair was from) we were absolutely disgusted not to mention being in a pandemic (needless to say I didn't eat any of it). Then when I called to complain the manager was extremely rude and argumentative (you can see it in her reply to my rating) I definitely will never return!! I would definitely rate in the negative...
