First and last time at this location. 20 minutes I stood there and watched people walk up to the pick up counter as the baristas picked the easiest drinks to make first as my order sat there as “next” for the 10 out of 20 minutes. As someone who has 8+ years behind a coffee bar one of those shops being STARBUCKS, I would've taken disciplinary action and partner codes would have been suspended. Baristas constantly complaining about not retrieving raises on socials yet can’t meet the clock time set in place for dine in and drive thru. Mind you I placed this order at 9:12? I just received it at 9:30 which is when I was supposed to be at work. ADDITIONALLY I ordered 4 RISTRETTO SHOTS and 2 pumps sweetener and light cold foam. Someone tell me after almost 30 minutes of waiting and watching the baristas pick and choose the easiest drinks for walk in customers who had just placed the order before coming in (ie these people only had to wait less than 5 minutes for waters and freaking refreshers and matchas which they DO NOT SHAKE) if this looks like it’s worth the wait? Filing a corporate complaint and requested an immediate refund through the mobile app smh. Absolutely nothing at all causes a reasonable excuse for the absolute mess of a location this Starbucks is. Tell me they’re a franchise without telling me they’re a franchise, I’ll go first. They don’t care about YOU or how long you have to wait you’re getting a subpar drink paired with a LONG wait time. They are not understaffed they actually have 8 people behind the bar when fun fact, Starbucks usually only requires 4-5 with management included. NO EXCUSES.
UPDATE: STARBUCKS REP was gracious enough to not only refund me for my drink but to also credit me for my next two beverages. As for this location? They don’t even answer the phone. I will be following through with a direct complaint...
Read moreJust dealt with the rudest barista. I am a regular at this local but I think that’s about to change. I have had a few too many bad encounters here over the past few months. Waited in the longest line just for them to mess up my drink and I had to circle back around to get a new one (sleeping baby in the car so couldn’t go inside) normally I’ll just take the messed up drink but this one was probably the most expensive one I’ve ever ordered so I wanted it to be right. I very nicely explained what was wrong with it and the lady said she could remake it for me when I pulled up. The gentleman (or should I say not a gentleman) was very confrontational for no reason since I very kind asked for a remake. He said it was made right and i was wrong but I could watch each step so I knew “he wasn’t a liar” I thought that was so uncalled for and his tone was very belittling. My kids were in the car so I continued to be nice like always as he step by step said “here’s your blah blah blah” every five seconds and then handed it to me. I couldn’t even believe none of the other workers told him to cool it but I just took the messed up drink and left. I have bad anxiety so I was already so uncomfortable asking for a new drink and needless to say I won’t be doing it anymore. Read moreWent to pick up big order today (13 items) & the lady who makes the drinks i think her name was Sandra/sandy .. something! I couldn’t read her name tag properly but she was very rude and not professional at all. I had told her my order was missing 2 items and she said “I only make the drinks go to the front and tell them” then proceed to ignore me . Then she proceeds to tell me I was only missing items that were food and there was 2 bags of food in the counter with a different name that didn’t belong to me and throws them at me instead of handing it to my hands ! I then tell her those didn’t belong to me that it had a different name on the sticker . Very thankful for the lady at the cashier that helped me afterwards I couldn’t get her name unfortunately, but she was very sweet and helped me get the orders right . She went over her way and took care of me after me placing a single order when I got there as well! But this was a bit upsetting getting treated like that by a barista . and not to Mention I had to pack my own...
