This place is the best chicken place I’ve tried in Houston. There are a bunch of chicken places but those can never beat the service, food quality, and over all experience I’ve had. Let’s start of w the service the people that work there give is amazing. You can tell a lot of hard work and dedication comes w the chicken and food they give out. I am a very picky person but I would honestly come to this place multiple times a week w/o getting tired of it. The restaurant feels and smells like home. "Wow!" Is all I said after I took a bite of my first chicken tender. It was fried to perfection, seasoned immaculately, and it was juicy and delicious as I bit into it. The fries are nothing special, but they are hot out of the fryer and seasoned well. The bread was thick and paired perfectly with a strip on it. The sauce that comes with the meal is a great addition that does not over power the taste of the chicken. My meal was fantastic! The atmosphere is casual and nice. The decorations and art work on the wall fit in nicely with the atmosphere they are trying to create. Some music playing would be nice, but it didn't really take away from the experience.

I’ve been to Chicken-N-Run on 3 occasions in the last 2 weeks. I come away impressed each time. The staff is courteous and the establishment is simply yet clean. The menu is varied but simple…good chicken! The sandwich is a full breast…juicy and full of flavor. The slaw adds a great texture and taste profile. The tender are large and the dipping sauce is awesome. My favorite is the 4 piece meal. The fried okra was fresh and crispy. The chicken was fried at the exact right temp. It was not greasy, and the meat was juicy and cooked properly. The spices on the batter are amazing and I recommend the medium or hot blend.
