I would like to begin by saying that, I usually like this place and use it as a reliable option for a quick, cheap, and tasty meal. Today all I received was a poor attempt to put together some of the most basic menu items, and a poor excuse for not having to do more work. Nearly all of the beef burritos in the order came half full and some had chipotle sauce which could be a hazard if given to a customer with an allergy, this was an especially egregious misconduct. While it may be nit picky, none of the items came properly folded or put together, even our soft tacos which only need to be closed flat. The excuse to avoid work came when we were told that the necessary ingredients to make chipotle chicken melts were not available, but when asked at the window the lady effectively admitted that the ingredients were available and that she did not wish to take the time to make the mix for them. Granted we came near closing but that is no excuse for not putting any of the items in an order...
Read moreWent through the DT at around 11:30 on 1/31, and ordered a modified vegetarian cheesy gordita crunch along with other items. When I get home and open it, I noticed it had beef in it when I specifically asked to substitute the beef for beans. Not a huge deal since I noticed it before I took a bite, but I went back up to this location to get it fixed. The middle-aged woman manning the drive-thru asked for payment, and when I told her I needed it remade because they added meat, she basically called me a liar and said that I never said anything about no meat. I showed her the receipt, which showed "sub bf to bns," proving her incorrect, and she got an attitude with me and shoved the new one in my face.
Check your orders, and make sure to keep your receipt so they can't call you a liar. :)
Edit over a year later: dropping down to one star since I CONSISTENTLY get meat put into my non-meat orders. It's absolutely ridiculous that they can't EVER seem to make orders correctly. Y'all should be...

We could've gone ourselves to the restaurant as we only live 10 mins away, but we were so busy at home that we decided just to get it delivered.
After we placed our order the GRUB HUB app first said it would arrive at 11:25pm...then later said delayed to 11:45 then again delayed to 12:30 and then finally 1:10 am...Wth is going on?! That was what I was thinking 🤔!!! How does it take so long for my food to arrive?!!! 😠 😡 😤
