If I could give them zero stars I would. Be warned!! A friend recommended this place for their macarons so I decided to try them out. I wanted to buy a couple of treats for 4th of July so I went in and bought a couple of cheesecakes and macarons. They offered me a free macaron which I was pretty happy about since usually small businesses don’t offer free items like that. Up until this point I was really happy about my experience with this place. I decided to eat the free macaron I had received in my car on the way home. It tasted dry and a slight bit off, but nothing too weird so I thought nothing of it. After a while I started feeling sick, had nausea and stomach cramps. Even today I still have a headache that hasn’t left. I was trying to contact the store when I went on their Instagram and saw those same macarons they were giving away, and they were from MOTHERS DAY!!! That was almost TWO months ago. They weren’t giving them away just to be nice they were just trying to get rid of their old items. What I don’t understand is what they gain from giving them out to unsuspecting customers when they could simply just throw them out. I didn’t even want to try the rest of the items I bought I had to throw them away. Do not try this place, I’ll be warning everyone I know....

The place is cute, but that's about it. I visited on a Saturday evening around 4:30 pm.

Upon entering, I noticed four employees at the counter area cracking jokes, messing around, and not paying attention to customers walking in.

The Asian girl at the cash register had her back turned, leaning over on her phone.

When we were ordering our macarons, the same Asian girl seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist customers.

As we were still choosing flavors, another girl, who appeared to be an employee on her day off, rushed to the back counter area, loudly sharing a story about "I got my mommy’s credit card." Other employees around her joined in with obnoxiously loud cheers like "letssss goooo."

During the payment process, the Asian girl continued to be on her cell phone, texting, even while we were right in front of her checking out.

The macarons turned out to be hard and extremely chewy, suggesting they were not fresh or had been left in the cooler for an extended period.

Overall, I won't be returning due to the extremely unprofessional customer service and the lack of food quality. If you're seeking a cute environment but aren't concerned about service or food quality, then this might be the...

🧋I love boba tea. I visited to check out the dairy-free options that they have, and I was extremely impressed!

Their menu consists of boba tea, coffee, hot tea, smoothies, and in-house made pastries in a cute setting just north of the Dallas area in Frisco, TX 🍰

Most of the drinks that they offer have an option to sub non-dairy milk such as soy, almond, or coconut - which is my favorite milk sub for boba tea. The mango star green tea and strawberry green milk tea are my favorites! The taro is a close third.

You can also add boba, coconut jelly, or popping boba to any of the available drinks - which are inherently vegan and so fun to chew. 🤭

The tiramisu as well as the strawberry tiramisu were delicious. They both have a very unique flavor. I've also tried a bunch of their macaron flavors over the years, and they were all good.

This is a beautiful local business, please check them out if you're in the area! They also offer delivery, which is so cool if you want to have a night in.

Pro Tip: Be sure to ask about dairy-free or vegan options when you visit if you're confused/overwhelmed, because the staff is also...

The staff today did their best to accommodate me, but due to lack of communication with their management/unclear guidelines for how to deal with mistakes caused the long response time to deal with my issue. I ordered two drinks via Uber. Both drinks had issues. While it is harmless to drink tea leaves (which is what I assume the black specs are in the mango drink) its not worth $6 to drink unfiltered tea. I’m not comfortable paying to drink tea leaves floating in water. Second drink was an avocado smoothie without boba. They were out of boba an hour before they closed. Again management should plan better, so their staff can have a smooth shift without issues like this. Don’t order through uber for this place. If a mistake is made with your order, then it is tough to get any kind of refund especially if they cannot remake your drink. The staff today did their best, so I was compensated for the mistakes and uber costs, but their management needs to be better.
