Girl at counter very distracted. Ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and a small fry to which she asked "Do you want cheese and pickles?" Not sure what McDonalds idea of a cheeseburger is but you'd think the cheese part of that order was self explanatory. A co-worker interrupted me giving my order so when she was refocused i asked her if she had gotten the small fry order to which she confirmed she had. I then ordered two happy meals with chocolate milk as well as the rest of our order. So when I got home she'd forgotten to ring up the small fries and the chocolate milks weren't in the bag. Returned for the milks and to get the fries( for which in all fairness i shouldnt have been charged) and she never looked me in the eyes or apologized but quickly tossed the bag of fries and walked off probably fearing i might say something. McDonalds is always in the news for new ways they're working on to combat declining sales like breakfast all day or the new app and even home delivery...but my suggestion would be improving the simplest but most important aspect of business:...

The McDonald's customer service line is the absolute worst, not helpful, rude, and refuse to appropriately escalate issues. It's also interesting that they all have different answers but each answer is very scripted. The corporate complaint line has told me the franchise owner has been contacted and they are trying to get it resolved, but the franchise owner won't respond.
Avoid this location and all McDonald's if you can, not worth the headache. This company has continued to go downhill and only cares about money - complete disregard for customers.
Interesting fact: the "supervisors" with their customer service group is the "highest" customer service representative you can speak with. Read morei had a mobile order and the lady said that i had to have a code but the app never gave on so i just said mobile order for my name then she’s like we need a code and I’m like it didn’t give me a code. It only shows my receipt so I proceeded to show her my receipt and she’s like well we can’t do anything we can’t give you your food unless you have a code. so I say I don’t know what you want me to do because it didn’t give me one and then she’s like well. We don’t see anything in our system and I know you can look in the system because I have a work at a fast food, restaurant and managers can look in the system to find any order, so I was genuinely confused then she’s like oh we do have this one order and she was like is this yours and I’m like well I guess 🤷♀️ Didn’t tell me what was on the order or anything.
